Suitable for: Suitable for graduates who have employment aspirations but have not yet been employed.
Advantages: The school has a high degree of integrity, and there is no additional charge for keeping the account relationship and files on behalf of the school.
Disadvantages: The retention of graduates' files only extends the career selection period, and there is no personnel affiliation with the school, and the certificate of personnel relationship cannot be issued.
3. Transfer the file to the employment ** or talent exchange center.
Suitable for: Graduates who are more suitable for entrepreneurship and flexible employment.
Advantages: It is easy for graduates to solve some practical problems.
Disadvantages: Due to the relatively little communication between graduates and the guidance center, it is easy to cause poor information.
For Employed Students:
1. Transfer the file to the unit with personnel management rights.
2. Transfer the file to the talent service center where the unit is located. If the receiving organization does not have the right to manage the files, then your files should be "settled" in the talent service center where the organization is located. This method usually requires a certain fee, generally about three or four hundred per year.
Note: 1. Before finding out whether the employer has the right to be in charge of personnel, do not transfer the file to the unit, but should transfer the file to the talent exchange center where the unit is located. Some units that do not have the right to manage records will lose or withhold students' files.
2. There is a prescribed procedure for the transfer of files, and it is best to find out when and where your files were transferred before leaving the school. At this stage, there is no unification of the units in charge of student allocation, there are personnel bureaus, talent exchange centers, education bureaus, special distribution offices, etc., and the transfer of files in and out is more troublesome than this loss, it is best to do it in one step.
