1. Limb loss refers to one of the following situations:

a) The thumb of any hand is missing more than the interphalangeal joint;

ii) the absence of any three fingers in one hand except the thumb exceeds the proximal interphalangeal joint, or the absence of any four fingers in both hands except the thumb exceeds the proximal interphalangeal joint;

c) the absence of any two fingers and their attached metacarpal bones;

4) Missing 50% of the foot or 50% of the heel;

1) Ankylosis deformity of the shoulder joint or loss of range of motion of the joint up to 50% 1;

iii) eyelid damage significantly affecting the face;

4) Injury to one side of the eye causes all rupture of the nasolacrimal duct and rupture of the medial canthal ligament affecting the face;

Article 63: Where public security organs' evaluation bodies have the capacity to conduct an immediate injury evaluation on the basis of the standards for evaluating personal injuries promulgated by relevant state departments, the victim's injuries at the time, and the hospital's diagnosis certificate, they shall submit an evaluation opinion within 24 hours of being retained, and issue an evaluation document within 3 days.
