The separated lubricating oil can be discharged at regular intervals or by using a float valve to automatically return the lubricating oil to the crankcase of the compressor bucket pulley.

1.Remove the upper engine cover and pull out the intake pipe that connects to the throttle body, there will be a lot of sludge here. 2.Remove the throttle cable, then unplug the three sets of tubing that connect the throttle position sensor, the idle motor, and the intake manifold absolute pressure sensor so that there are no connections on the throttle body clear cover. Use a 10mm T-shaped screwdriver to unscrew the four screws holding the throttle body in place and remove the throttle body from the intake manifold.

3.Remove these three electronic components separately with a hex wrench, and you will see sludge adhering to the telescopic rod head of the idling motor. Normally, the unstable or low idle speed of the car is mostly caused by the mechanical valve dirt of the idle motor.

4.Use a carburetor cleaner to clean the sludge inside the throttle body, especially around the throttle. Too much sludge can fill the valve gap in the throttle body.

Then spray the telescopic rod of the idle motor with carburetor cleaner, and then scrub the oil sludge with a cloth to expose the metallic luster, and clean or dress up the oil sludge exposed by the motor shaft.

5.After careful washing, a bucket of cleaning agent was almost used up. At this point, the throttle body is already clean.

Carefully put the three electronics back in, wash off some of the oil stains on the outside with the remaining cleaning agent, and put the throttle body back in place. Remember to connect the three electronic devices on the throttle body, otherwise the computer will automatically alarm when the key is turned on during the final test.

6.After removing and cleaning the throttle, it is best to match it with a professional computer so that the records of the computer program can be recalibrated. When matching, open the key door when the water temperature is above 85, and turn off the fire.
