The two hosts are connected using a VGA switch when connecting to the display.

The method of switching and the detailed operation steps are as follows:

There are two ways to do this.

Method 1: Use two signal cables to connect the two monitors to the two ** output ports on the graphics card. The computer graphics card must support dual output, and there are two ** interfaces for connecting different displays, setting method: take win7 as an example.

Method 2: You need to use a crossover.

The function of the crossover is equivalent to the multi-functional plug-in board in our daily life, expanding a 220V jack into several jacks. The crossover generally has a signal input interface, which is used to connect to the computer host, that is, the signal source. There are 6-9 signal output interfaces for connecting different displays.

To share a parallel display between two consoles, you can set it up by following these steps:

Connect the monitor to the first console and make sure it's working.

Power on the second console and make sure it's working.

Power on the monitor and make sure it's working.

Connect the second console to the monitor and make sure it's working.

Run a command-line worker and a leak tool, such as nvidia-display-manager, to configure the display to use a second host.

Once configured, reboot both consoles and monitors to ensure that all settings are correct.
