3. Draw up compensation standards and resettlement channels.

1) According to the "Jiangsu Province Land Acquisition Compensation and Land-Expropriated Farmers Social Security Measures" (Provincial ** No. 93 Order) and "Nanjing Jiangning District Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement Measures" (Jiangning Zheng Gui Fa 2016 No. 4) documents and standards, the land acquisition compensation and resettlement shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the above documents, and the compensation for land acquisition and green seedlings shall be paid.

2) The resettlement of the agricultural population involved in the land to be expropriated shall be subject to the approval of the competent people in accordance with the law.
