Fourth, the land-expropriated rural collective economic organizations and farmers have the right to apply for a hearing on the compensation standards and resettlement channels of the land to be acquired, in accordance with the provisions of the "Provisions on Land and Resources Hearings", if a hearing is required, an application for a hearing shall be submitted within 5 working days, and the hearing shall be deemed to be waived after the deadline.
5. After the issuance of this notice, no compensation will be given for the seedlings planted or planted on the land to be acquired, and the attachments on the ground that are rushed to be built or renovated by surprise.
6. After the issuance of this notice, the land and resources department will organize an investigation on the ownership, land type, area and ownership, type, specification and quantity of the land to be acquired, and the land-expropriated rural collective economic organizations, farmers and owners of the above-ground attachments shall cooperate, and sign or seal the "Land Acquisition Survey Results Confirmation Form" to confirm. The "Land Acquisition Survey Results Confirmation Form" is used as the basis for formulating the land acquisition compensation and resettlement plan, and is not used as a certificate of whether the land-expropriated collective economic organizations, farmers or property owners of the above-ground attachments agree to the expropriation of Zao Xun.
