At present, there are many manufacturers of "grounding down wire continuity tester", and it is not expensive. The reason is that the technical content of this product is not very high, buy a 10A constant current source, add a circuit board, and you can make it. At present, there are two main types of "grounding down conductor continuity testers" on the market:
One is the "GYDT-III Grounding Down Lead Continuity Tester", which is a basic type, with an output current of 10A, a range of 0-1999 m, and the basic functions can meet the national standard. The other is the "GYDT-II Grounding Down Lead Continuity Tester", which is an extended model that subdivides the current into four gears, 1A, 2A, 5A, and 10A.
Measuring range: 0-1999 m. The purpose of the subdivision current is to increase the range of the resistor, but the test continuity value is still 10A.
Some manufacturers increase the current to 20A, which does not meet the national standard, is undesirable, and has no practical significance.
