After the old oil is removed, you can spray gasoline once to completely remove the residual oil inside, if you use compressed air to blow it before injecting gasoline, blow off the remaining oil, you can save gasoline.

Ball bearings that are hardened or difficult to clean can be washed with oil at a temperature of 70 to 80<, then cleaned with kerosene, and finally washed with gasoline. After the bearing is washed, it should be replaced with new oil.

Sometimes due to the poor protection of the equipment, there is moisture inside, and there is a layer of rust on the processing surface, although the rolling bearing is alloy steel, there will still be rust. When cleaning, you can mix chalk ash with engine oil, apply it to flannel or flexible leather, and wipe the rusty areas; Or use a zero-abrasive cloth to remove the coarse sand on the surface, or dip it in dilute engine oil to wipe the rusty area. However, it should be noted that the processing surface should not be rubbed with lines, and rough tools should not be used to grind, so as not to affect the accuracy of the bearing.

If there are no other maintenance items on the bearings on the fan shaft or motor shaft, the bearings do not have to be removed. However, it is difficult to clean the bearings installed on the shaft, and it is not easy to clean the inside. The following describes a method and procedure for cleaning with hot oil:

1) Rinse the bearing with hot machine oil with an oil temperature of 90 loot to make the old dry oil on the shaft melt easily, and turn the bearing slowly.

2) Wash the melted dry oil in the bearing with kerosene, and the bearing will appear clean. When cleaning with kerosene, you can spray flush with a grease gun, and the bearings are easier to clean.

3) After washing with kerosene, clean again with gasoline. Because kerosene contains water, it is not easy to volatilize and will rust the bearing, so it must be cleaned with gasoline at the end.
