4. Have more than two years of experience in travel agency business operation, management or tour guide;

5. Sign a labor contract with a travel agency with exit qualifications who appoint it to engage in tour leader business, and have no records of violations and complaints within 3 years;

6. Have full capacity for civil action and be in good health.
