According to the relevant provisions of the No. 174 document issued by the Tourism Office of the China National Tourism Administration in 2008, Chinese citizens who are permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao who work, study or live in Jiangsu Province can apply for the Jiangsu Provincial Tour Guide Qualification Examination, and the registration conditions and requirements are detailed in Annex 3.
