We are all looking for happiness. We are obsessed with chasing happiness, but too many times we become discouraged. We try to grope alone, but I don't know what's wrong with happiness or hiding from us.
Part of the problem lies in the word "happiness," which is somewhat ambiguous. We begin our quest for happiness before we know what it is and how to achieve it. Many of us see the pursuit of happiness as a big problem.
We choose this broad and powerful goal "happiness" and then we achieve happiness by eliminating the negative things in life, finding true hobbies, speculating on the purpose ......of life and fulfilling our dreams, etcAll before lunch. Then we began to wonder why this didn't work.
However, the pursuit of happiness is worth our efforts. Studies have shown that positive feelings bring us not only momentary satisfaction, but also long-term happiness. Positive feelings give us happiness, counteract the bad effects of negative emotions, build a happy mood and promote long-term physical and mental health.
See my earlier post on the Power of Positive Emotions) We don't give up on happiness, but we really need to find an easier way.
Like we all know, when we have big goals, it's more useful to break it down into smaller chunks. If we consider happiness to be an overarching emotional state consisting of the presence and positive emotions of others, the process of achieving happiness becomes less daunting.
Happiness, contentment, love, interest and satisfaction are several of the positive emotions that make us happy. The more we experience these emotions, the happier we become.
So far it's easy, right? But how do we cultivate positive emotions? If you want it to be like that, it's easy.

What happiness is, I keep looking for answers. The little sister danced and said:"Happiness, of course, is to eat a lot of delicious food, and to play with friends.
The schoolboy said"Happiness, of course, is that there is less homework, so you don't have to be buried in the bitter sea of homework all day long. "Adults believe that happiness means not having to worry about life, running for money, and living and working in peace and contentment is happiness.
The old man believes that happiness is to be forever young. Maybe everyone's definition of happiness is different! But where is my happiness?
After school again, I stepped into my room with heavy steps. I took out a book, a homework book, and a scroll. Little by little, it was written.
It was late at night, but it was exceptionally bright and even a little dazzling under the light, but nothing could stop me from sleeping. It seems that the sleepy bug has been singing lullabys to me all the time. The coffee my mom had just poured into my stomach seemed to be turned into sleeping pills.
Looking at the unfinished homework, it looks like a hill. "Alas! "Mom said:
Sigh what, haven't you written so much? Come, eat some fruit. "Listening to my mom say this, I realized that I had already written and played most of the hills!
I also came to the spirit, and said to my mother"You eat first, I'll just finish all this. "I plunged headlong into the sea of homework again, but this time I was like a strong swimmer, not only not tired at all, but also very happy.
It seems that the sleepy bugs have also learned with me.
In that moment, I understood what happiness really belonged to me.
Life is to go against the sea, when you don't work hard, you will be washed by the sea to meet the starting point, then all your efforts are in vain. My happiness is to find success in the face of adversity, to find my own happiness.
Moved, light a petal of heart incense.
There are more and more high-rise buildings, and the space is getting smaller and smaller. There is more and more indifference, and there is less and less warmth. However, moving, in its light but moving enough way, interprets the connotation of humanity. —Epigraph. >>>More
