a. Requirements for EIA Practitioners.
Those who abide by the law, abide by professional ethics, and have one of the following conditions can apply to participate in the environmental impact assessment engineer professional qualification examination:
1) Obtain a college degree in environmental protection related majors, and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for 7 years; or obtain a college degree in other majors, and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for 8 years.
2) Obtain a bachelor's degree in environmental protection related majors, and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for at least 5 years; or obtain a bachelor's degree in other majors, and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for at least 6 years.
3) Obtain a master's degree in environmental protection related majors, and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for at least 2 years; or obtain a master's degree in other majors, and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for at least 3 years.
4) Obtain a doctorate degree in environmental protection related majors, and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for one year; or obtain a doctorate degree in other majors, and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for at least 2 years.
b Requirements for Constructor Examination.
Technical secondary school degree or above, major in engineering or engineering economics, more than two years of work experience, you can apply for the second level if you meet these three criteria.
The first level is as follows:
1. Obtain a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.
2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects.
3. Obtain a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects.
