B&B refers to the accommodation that uses self-use houses, idle rooms, or idle houses to provide tourists with rural life by combining local humanities, natural landscapes, ethnic ecology, environmental resources, and agriculture, forestry, fishery and animal husbandry production activities. If a citizen has not moved to another place after moving out of the place of his or her household registration and has no habitual place of residence, he or she shall still take the place of his or her original household registration as his or her domicile.
