1. Strictly formulate the work specifications and procedures of each supervisor, preside over the weekly meeting, summarize the work of the week, find deficiencies, and correct them in time. Formulate the next work direction, make a daily, weekly and monthly work plan for each supervisor, check and implement, supervise the daily inspection of each supervisor, do a good job in the weekly inspection of the management office, and assist the company's monthly inspection.
The work of employees should be rewarded and punished clearly and treated uniformly. Inspect and correct unqualified services and track them in a timely manner. All work should be checked at all levels to eliminate management loopholes.
If the house leakage occurs among the owners who have been renovated in the community, arrange personnel to actively contact the construction unit and implement maintenance for the problems reported by the owners to the property.
At the same time, actively communicate and coordinate with the owner, and the owner's requirements for maintenance and ideological dynamics are fed back to the person in charge of the developer's site to achieve a unity of opinion with the owner.
In July and September this year, under the correct leadership of the company, we conducted a comprehensive investigation of the electricity meters in each community, dealt with the abnormal situation in a timely manner, and found nearly 30 owners of electricity theft, overcoming many obstacles.
Although I have made a lot of efforts in the customer service work in the past year, in my opinion, the results I have achieved are still somewhat unsatisfactory, so I have to continue to perform the duties of the customer service supervisor and work hard for the development of the property company, hoping that the mentality of being responsible for the customer service work can make progress in the future.
