(1956-) is a native of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. In 1977, he was admitted to the Oil Painting Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, and stayed on to teach after graduation. In 1985, he was admitted to the graduate school and graduated with a master's degree, and has been engaged in teaching since then.

He is currently the dean and professor of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, the vice chairman of the Liaoning Artists Association, and the executive director of the China Oil Painting Exhibition Society. His works have participated in many important exhibitions at home and abroad, and have won the bronze medal in the 6th National Art Exhibition, the gold medal in the 7th National Art Exhibition, the Oil Painting Art Award in the 8th National Art Exhibition, the Grand Prize in the first China Oil Painting Exhibition, and the "Youth Award" issued by Wu Zuoren International Art Association. In 1993, he participated in the Chinese Art Critics Nomination Exhibition.

In 1993, he won the Outstanding Contribution Award and enjoyed the special allowance of the best expert. The oil paintings "My Winter" and "Auspicious Mongolia" are collected by the National Art Museum of China. His works have been exhibited in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, the United States, Europe and other countries and regions.
