The backwash process is when water is washed in from the bottom of the resin and flows out from the top, so that the dirt trapped at the top can be washed away. This process generally takes about 10-15 minutes.
3.Washing: In order to thoroughly rinse the residual salt, the resin should be rinsed with raw water at a flow rate close to the actual work, and the final water of this process should be soft water. In general, the fast rinse process is 10-15 minutes.
4.Salt tank water injection: provide sufficient water for the next regeneration process, fully dissolve the regenerant, so that the resin can be fully regenerated and reduced. This process generally takes 5-8 minutes, and the filling time is adjusted according to the raw water pressure.
5.Softening: The raw water enters the bottom of the resin tank through the control valve, and the water flows upwards to lift the resin layer through the water distributor, and then flows out through the controller, so that the water is softened to obtain soft water.
