Cleanroom (clean
room), also known as a clean room, clean room or clean room. The main function of the clean room is indoor pollution control, without which it is impossible to mass produce pollution-sensitive parts. In FED-STD-2, a cleanroom is defined as a room with air filtration, distribution, optimization, and construction materials and devices with specific rules of operating procedures to control the concentration of airborne particulates to achieve the appropriate level of particulate cleanliness.
The degree of cleanliness and the continuous stability of pollution control is the core standard for testing the quality of clean rooms, the standard is divided into several levels according to factors such as regional environment and purification degree, commonly used international standards and domestic regional industry standards, some well-known purification engineering companies, in addition to the standards, also have their own implementation of purification indicators higher than the international standards, purification capacity and environmental adaptability far exceed international brands.

Cleanroom = clearning room
A cleanroom is a cleanroom. But now the clean room is given a special meaning, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14644-1 standard describes the clean room as follows: the concentration of suspended particles in the clean room is controlled, and it is built and used in such a way that the particles entering, producing and staying in the room are minimized; Other indoor parameters, such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, are controlled as needed.
The first half of the definition basically explains what cleanliness is, which is a room that minimizes the entry, production, and retention of particles. To achieve this, a very large amount of supplied air is first filtered through a high-efficiency filter. The purpose of this air supply is to:
1) dilute and remove particles and bacteria emitted by indoor personnel and equipment; (2) Pressurize the room to ensure that dirty air does not flow into the clean room. Secondly, the building materials in the cleanroom do not produce particles and are easy to clean. Finally, cleanroom personnel cover their bodies with clothing so that they emit minimal particles and microorganisms.
These and other similar measures are intended to minimize contamination introduced, generated, and retained in clean rooms. The cleanroom can also control temperature, humidity, sound, lighting, vibration. However, these properties are not exclusive to cleanrooms.

Cleanroom = clearning room
In the semiconductor manufacturing process, packaging field, and panel field, the production environment is required to be extremely clean, and different grades are required, and the staff need to wear dust clothing.

In terms of cleanliness, the grades from high to low are 100, 10,000, 100,000, and 300,000.
Standard of Cleanroom Air Cleanliness Level Chart:
1. The cleanliness level is 100 grades, the maximum allowable number of dust particles is 3500 per cubic meter, the maximum number of dust particles of 5 m is 0 per cubic meter, the maximum allowable number of planktonic bacteria is 5 per cubic meter, and the maximum allowable number of sedimentation bacteria is 1 per dish.
2. The cleanliness level is 10,000 grades, the maximum allowable number of dust particles is 350,000 per cubic meter, the maximum number of dust particles of 5 m is 2,000 per cubic meter, the maximum allowable number of planktonic bacteria is 100 per cubic meter, and the maximum allowable number of sedimentation bacteria is 3 per dish.
3. The cleanliness level is 100,000 grades, the maximum allowable number of dust particles is 3,500,000 per cubic meter, the maximum number of dust particles of 5 m is 60,000 per cubic meter, the maximum allowable number of planktonic bacteria is 1,000 per cubic meter, and the maximum allowable number of sedimentation bacteria is 10 per dish.
4. The cleanliness level is 300,000 grades, the maximum allowable number of dust particles is 10,500,000 per cubic meter, the maximum number of dust particles of 5 m is 60,000 per cubic meter, the maximum allowable number of plankton is 1,000 per cubic meter, and the maximum allowable number of sedimentation bacteria is 15 per dish.
Cleanroom cleanliness precautions
Considering the cleanliness requirements, the principle is to select low-performance filters for low-level cleanrooms and high-performance filters for high-level cleanrooms. Generally speaking, 1 million levels can choose high-efficiency filters; Less than 10,000 grades, sub-high efficiency or Class A high efficiency filters can be selected; 10,000 grade B filter; Class C filter is selected for 100 grade 1.
There appear to be two types of filters to choose from for each cleanliness level, with high or low performance depending on the situation. When the environmental pollution is serious, or the proportion of indoor exhaust air is very large, or the clean room is particularly important and requires a large safety factor, in these or one of the cases, a higher class of filters should be selected; Otherwise, a lower performance filter can be selected.

Four levels of cleanroom cleanliness:1. Class A: High-risk operation areas, such as filling areas, areas where rubber stoppers and open packaging containers in direct contact with sterile preparations, and areas for aseptic assembly or connection operations should be maintained with a one-way flow console (hood).
The unidirectional flow system must supply air evenly in its working area, with the wind speed as the guideline). There should be data to prove the state of the one-way flow and be validated. (In a closed isolation operator or glove box, lower air velocities can be used).
2. Class B: refers to the background area where the A-level clean area for high-risk operations such as aseptic preparation and filling is located.
3. Class C and Class D: refers to the clean area with less important operation steps in the production process of sterile drugs.
About static suspended particles, large allowable cubic meters:
Class A: Static; Static.
Class B: Static; Static.
Class C: Static; Static.
Class D: Static; Static.

The cleanliness level of 100,000 refers to the number of micron dust particles per cubic meter (per liter) of air 35 100,000 (3,500), and the number of 5 micron dust particles per cubic meter (per liter) of air is 250,000 (25).
The cleanliness level of 10,000 refers to the number of micron dust particles per cubic meter (per liter) of air of 35 10,000 (350), and the number of 5 micron dust particles per cubic meter (per liter) of air is 25,000 (pieces).
The 100,000-level clean room purification project is used in many industrial sectors, such as the manufacture of optical products, the manufacture of small components, the manufacture of large electronic systems, the manufacture of hydraulic or pneumatic systems, the production of food and beverages, and the medical and pharmaceutical industries also often use this level of clean room purification engineering.
The 10,000-level clean room purification project is used for the assembly of hydraulic equipment or pneumatic equipment, and in some cases is also used in the food and beverage industry.
The popular point of clean room is that it is a very clean space. Because dust and bacteria, if the particles are very small, they will float in the air, which may not have much impact on the human body, but it will have a great impact on some production processes. >>>More
