Gluttony, sleep, and sex are not conducive to physical health, nor are they conducive to spiritual practice.

Eat in moderation, don't overeat, and don't be picky.

The heavier a person's delusional mind is, the more he can eat and digest it, and of course then he will be more drowsy, because the turbidity of grains and grains will make people drowsy, unless you practice very well, and if you eat a little more, you can also vaporize it.

The most fundamental way is to be more frank in practice, chanting sutras and mantras, reciting the Buddha and worshiping the Buddha, as your concentration grows, you will naturally eat less, and you will also be disgusted with food You can also think about food as feces on a plate, steaming hot... The effect of this method is very effective for many people, so you can give it a try!

Greed, hatred and ignorance are in Buddhism, called the "three poisons", also known as the "three dirt, three fires", these three poisons harm the body and mind, make people sink into the cycle of life and death, and are the root of evil, so they are also called the three ungood roots.

    1) Greed, greedy for the realm of shun, must be obtained, otherwise, the heart is unwilling and unwilling.

    2) Anger, resentment towards the realm of rebellion, tantrums when not satisfied, irrational, and willful.

    3) Ignorance, ignorance of reason, ignorance of right and wrong, indistinguishability between good and evil, reversal and vain, and initiation of all kinds of evil deeds.

Buddhism speaks of greed in a broader scope than we usually call greed, and it includes both economic and spiritual desires.

Buddhism says that greed can be understood as one's own, oneself can accept it, not one's own, don't reach out to take it, take it and belong, greed.

Please read it, and it is recorded in the miscellaneous part of the house.

Three. Seven. 1. The Book of Food: This sutra describes the pure and great suffering due to the four foods, and the cause of the four foods comes from love, and the cause of love is the cause of receiving, the cause of receiving, and the cause of touching, which is the cause of the six entrances. The six places are destroyed, the touch will be destroyed, and even the pure great suffering will be destroyed.

Like the sutra teachings, we who gathered them have all heard the same: There was a time when the Buddha lived in the garden of solitude in the kingdom of Sawei.

At that time, the World-Honored One told the bhikkhus, "There are four kinds of food that will benefit sentient beings so that they can live in the world, receive and be nourished for a long time." What about the four types? So-called.

    1. Coarse food (food on substance, how many meals can be divided into paragraphs, so it is a section of food). The second is: fine touch food (feeling joy and other things, in order to nourish the body, so it is touch food).

The third is: meaning food (meaning to think and wish, that is, the intention corresponding to the mind to give birth to the thought of hope, in order to support the roots, so it belongs to thinking food). The fourth is:

Knowing food (knowing is the knowledge corresponding to grasping the body and mind and loving dyeing.) This consciousness grasps the body and mind, so that the body of sentient beings can be maintained, so it is the knowledge of food).

What are the reasons for these four foods? Why gather? Why did it arise?

Why do you feel it? (Why does this arise from a mutual relationship?) These foods are the so-called causes of love, the collection of love, the birth of love, and the touch of love.

And what is the cause of this love, what is the collection, what is the living, and what is the touch? The so-called love arises from the cause of receiving, the collection of receiving, the birth of receiving, and the touching of receiving. What is the cause of this suffering, what is the collection, what is the living, and what is the touch?

The so-called receiving is due to the cause of touch, the collection of touch, the birth of touch, and the touch of touch. What is the cause of this touch, what is the collection, what is the living, what is the touch? The so-called touch arises from the cause of the six entrances, the collection of the six entrances, the birth of the six entrances, and the touch of the six entrances.

The set of six places is the set of touch, the set of touch is the set of receiving, the set of receiving is the collection of love, and the set of love is the set of food. Because of the collection of food, there will be a collection of birth, old age, sickness and death, sorrow and distress in future lives. If these six places are destroyed, then the touch will be extinguished, and if it is touched, it will be destroyed, and if it is touched, it will be destroyed, and if it is destroyed, then love will be destroyed, and love will be destroyed, and then food will be destroyed. As a result of the extinction of food, the so-called birth, old age, sickness, death, sorrow, sorrow and suffering of future lives will be eliminated. If so, those pure great gatherings will be extinguished.

After the Buddha said this sutra, the bhikkhus, listening to what the Buddha said, followed it with joy.

If you are gluttonous, you will be snooze. Take a look at the "Initiating the Bodhisattva's Special Wisdom Sutra", which has teachings on how to deal with it.

There is only "greed and idiot", and there is no hate.

Greed is greed, greed, greed for money, greed for power, all are greed.

Hatred includes jealousy, resentment, anger, and similar emotions.

Ignorance is "wrong view, taking the incorrect as correct, taking the right as wrong, according to the Buddhist scriptures, it is "turning sentient beings upside down".

The evil views mentioned in the Buddhist scriptures mainly refer to 2 things, 1 is that if you don't know that there is reincarnation, you think that there is none. 2. Not knowing that there is a Buddha nature (always happy, self-purity, bodhichitta.

Prajna, the other side, etc.) think that there is none.

There is a cause and effect, even 1 pass by, this kind of simple thing requires you to look back 500 times in your previous life. It can also be said that you cherish life and cherish the people around you, and their acquaintance with you is not accidental. 500 times in exchange for only 1 time, so hard that you shouldn't cherish what you have now.
