Meditation is a broad concept, it does not just refer to meditation, real meditation can be done at any time, whether you are meditating or not, as long as your mind remains in a state of meditation, you are meditating. Living, working, studying, whenever and wherever you are, as long as you pay attention to your own heart, you are meditating.
We need to have a correct understanding of the essence of meditation so that we can meditate in a logical way. Many people are first exposed to meditation for the purpose of healing diseases, and only come into contact with meditation because of physical pain, meditation will indeed bring people's body and mind to a state of relaxation, and this state will gradually adjust our body to an optimal point. Relaxation also changes our personality and habits, and a calm mind will make our mind focus on one thing, so that our troubles will gradually decrease, and wisdom will slowly arise.
Many people start meditation at the beginning, after meditating, relax their minds, pay attention to their hearts, not be disturbed by the external environment, and when their bodies are in pain, they will gradually feel that their body and mind and the external environment have reached a state of one, which is the basic introduction to meditation. From here we can see that the first element of meditation is to relax, so that our minds feel free of pressure to obtain a state of lightness, and in the process of meditation, we must gradually realize that all external appearances are appearances, and there is no direct connection with our hearts, but only a reaction of our hearts to the external environment, no matter how the external environment changes, the heart is always unhindered, pure and unstained, and all natural, through this practice we can achieve the state of Zen.
Meditation is a great help in improving our spiritual qualities and wisdom. Through meditation we gradually change our habits and ways of thinking, and we are at ease with what happens to us and do not try to change anything. We will face, accept and let go of problems, and we will gradually fade and fade away in terms of people's self and wrong, and logical thinking will gradually become less and less, which is a kind of inner change, and the essence of practice is to reduce troubles, not to be troubled by material desires, to reduce people's self-attachment, and to achieve a kind of liberation of self-mind.
When meditation reaches a certain level, it evolves into concentration, and our ability to keep our minds unshaken is the so-called Zen, and our minds are not delusional and distracting, that is, we are fixed, our minds are not disturbed, our nature is pure, and our outer meditation and inner concentration are meditation. As the saying goes, "everything is like a dream bubble, like dew and electricity, and should be viewed as such", no matter how beautiful or bad the external environment is, the inner heart is always firm and unwavering, which is meditation. Suddenly understanding the true mind is the ultimate goal of meditation.

Meditation, which means "nurturing of the mind" in Hindi, is the cultivation of a good state in the mind. Its practical method is to focus on the study of the "Noble Eightfold Path", supplemented by the compassion and joy of the four Brahmanas; The thoughts, the choice of the law, the diligent progress, the concentration, and so on.
The Theravada Buddhist path enables both those who live a monastic life and those who live a home life to practice the Noble Eightfold Path according to their own lifestyles to improve their life and gradually reduce the troubles of afflictions and the shackles of greed, anger and foolishness. Gradually, let the mind be purified and liberated, so that you can move forward in the direction of goodness and enlightenment.
Anyone who dedicates himself to the practice will gradually experience the most meaningful and valuable enlightened truth from these ordinary practices.

The simplest understanding of meditation is to get rid of all kinds of distracting thoughts in the mind through various methods, and finally see the pure original mind, and when you reach this state, the power of the human mind can truly radiate and become an enlightened person who has insight into yourself, and this state is close to the state of a Buddha of 1 3 (the state of a Buddha is self-realization, that is, the insight into everything about oneself; To perceive him, that is, to perceive everything in others and even in the world; Perfection of enlightenment, i.e., the attainment of perfection in both enlightenment and action).

There are also many types of meditation.
1. What can make you calm down and not be impetuous, some people call it also meditation 2, which can make you realize the illusory method of the material world, which can also be called meditation 3, which can make you understand the essence of the world, the core of life, is meditation.
This world should refer to the three thousand worlds.

All dharmas are dharmas, and dharmas are all dharmas. We call it "Dharma" because they are explained in Buddhism. Others want to call it the "cosmic law", and I don't have the slightest opinion. >>>More
The first floor YY party generally believes that the universe is constantly expanding under the action of dark matter, and the force of dark matter is manifested as repulsion - that is, anti-gravity and repulsion is greater than gravity, so in the big ** universe model, the universe is constantly expanding. But those Spanish scientists don't think so, they think that dark matter is not anti-gravity, but in strengthening the effect of gravity - that is, the force of dark matter acts in the same direction as gravity, so that the whole universe shrinks under the action of gravity and dark matter, according to the theory of relativity we can see two causes of time slowing down - speed, gravitational field, with the original big ** theory, time is accelerating, the reason should also be the relativistic effect, and in the new (correct or not is unknown, Personally, I think it's wrong) theory that time is slowing down, and of course this theory cannot explain the redshift phenomenon. As for the student who thinks that only black holes can make time stand still, I think she didn't take into account the relativistic effect of speed.
Hello landlord!
If we look at it in terms of the two-fold liberation method, all dharmas are void phases, because there is impermanence, there is no self, and selflessness is suffering, which is emptiness. >>>More
