5.Party B shall have no less than 3 tire workers, and 24-hour service shall be implemented to ensure the repair and replacement of vehicle tires. 6.

Party B's personnel shall strictly abide by Party A's safety management system, and Party B shall bear all responsibilities and economic losses if Party B has a safety accident. 7.Party B's personnel shall strictly abide by Party A's rules and regulations and management requirements, obey Party A's management, and accept Party A's monthly work assessment and evaluation (assessment standards are determined separately).

8.The driver of Party A shall actively cooperate with Party B's staff when disassembling and changing tires. When Party A's driver enters the mixing table to load, he must check whether the tires are in good condition, so as to ensure that the tires are replaced when the empty vehicle is empty.

If a heavy vehicle replaces a tire, the driver must work with the tyre worker to change the tire. III. Liability for Breach of Contract 1From the date of contracting, except for force majeure reasons, neither party shall breach the contract in the middle of the contract, and in case of breach of contract, the responsible party shall compensate the other party for an average contract fee of one month.

2.If Party A's vehicle enters the workshop to change tires for more than 1 hour, Party B's contracting fee of 50 yuan will be deducted; If it exceeds 2 hours, Party B's contracting fee of 100 yuan will be deducted; If it occurs more than three times, Party A has the right to terminate the contract (except for the situation that the tire worker goes out for emergency repair). 3.

A contract refers to a contract in which the contractor carries out the construction and the employer pays the price, including engineering survey, design and construction, which shows that the content of the work to be completed is different.
