.The purpose of this plan is to implement the quality policy and ensure that the quality objectives of the laboratory are achieved.
2.Scope of application.
It is suitable for all QA and QC work in this laboratory.
3.Duty. The Quality Manager (Quality Leader) is responsible for organizing and formulating the annual QA and QC work plan and evaluating the QA and QC results.
The quality department is responsible for organizing the implementation of QA and QC work.
The technical manager (technical leader) is responsible for organizing the technical assessment of the testing personnel.
The equipment manager is responsible for formulating the instrument and equipment verification and calibration plan and is responsible for the implementation.
Data management is responsible for the tracking and novelty of testing standards, specifications and other documents.
The inspector is responsible for the implementation of QA and QC work.
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for supervising the implementation of QA and QC work.
The general manager is responsible for approving the annual QA and QC work plans.
4.Job Requirements:
2008 quality objectives: 98% pass rate and 98% timely report; 95% customer satisfaction and 1% customer complaint rate; The major accident rate is 0, and the quality control data pass rate is 95%.
In-lab QA and QC
Personnel testing personnel must be trained and qualified, and a technical assessment will be conducted on the on-the-job testing personnel every six months.
Instruments and reference materials.
Instruments and equipment in accordance with the requirements of the regular verification and calibration, at least once a year between the two verification and calibration cycles for verification, the period of verification must be carried out as planned, the verification method is described in the instrument period verification work instructions.
Organic reference materials are verified every 3 months, and inorganic reference materials are checked every six months.
Glass instruments. The quality department conducts random sampling of experimental glass instruments every month, 3% of each batch, and each sampling shall not be less than 5.
Experimental water. The inspectors shall inspect the experimental water with reference to the "Specifications and Test Methods for Analytical Laboratory Water" (GB T6682-2008), and inspect the verifiable indicators at least once a day.
MethodsThe testing methods used in this laboratory must be international, foreign and national standard methods, and the data manager will follow up the standards every six months to confirm the use of current effective methods.
Environmental condition control.
The laboratory is equipped with environmental condition control facilities that meet the requirements of the experiment, and the testing personnel should control and record the responsible area every day.
Each time a sample is measured, a blank parallel test must be performed at the same time.
For projects with standard samples, at least one standard sample assessment and one intra-laboratory comparison (including personnel comparison, method comparison, etc.) shall be organized every year.
All items quantified with a calibration curve with a stable slope must have the curve checked or redrawn at each batch of sample measurements.
Self-control of testing personnel: When testing each item, QC samples (or standard samples) should be brought for parallel quality control.
The quality department randomly selects 5% of the samples every week for the determination of cipher (or with standard sample) parallel or cipher parallel spiking. When there are less than 10 samples, at least 1 should be taken.
Samples that can be retained are sampled every two months, and at least one item is sampled at a time.

The importance of responsibility, inspection and management.
There is no model text. The following is for reference, mainly write about the main work content, how to work hard, the achievements, and finally put forward some reasonable suggestions or new directions...
The work summary is to let the superior know what contribution you have made and reflect the value of your work.
So several points should be written:
1. Your understanding of the position and work 2. What exactly you have done.
3. How do you work hard and what things do you use your brain to solve? Even if it's nothing, write about some difficult questions and how you solved them with effort.
4. What abilities do you need to improve or what knowledge do you need to enrich in your future work?
5. Superiors like to take the initiative to work. You must be prepared for everything in your part, that is, the preparation work in advance is as follows for your reference:
Summarization is to conduct a comprehensive and systematic general evaluation and analysis of the situation in a period of time, and analyze achievements, shortcomings, and experience. Summarizing is a type of applied writing, which is the rational thinking of the work that has already been done.
The basic requirements for summarizing.
1 The summary must have an overview and description of the situation, some of which are relatively simple, and some of which are more detailed.
2 Achievements and shortcomings. This is the main thing to summarize. The purpose of summarizing is to affirm the achievements and find out the shortcomings. What are the achievements, how big are them, what are the aspects, and how they were achieved; The number of shortcomings, the aspects in which they manifest themselves, and how they arise should be clearly written.
3 Lessons learned. In order to facilitate future work, it is necessary to analyze, study, generalize, and form theoretical knowledge of previous work experience and lessons.
Notes on Summary:
1. We must seek truth from facts, and the achievements are basically not exaggerated, and the shortcomings are basically not reduced. This is the basis for analysis and drawing lessons.
2 Be organized. The sentences are smooth and easy to understand.
3 Be detailed. There are important and secondary, and the main points should be highlighted when writing. The questions in the summary should be prioritized and detailed.
Basic format of the summary:
1. Title. 2. Text.
Beginning: an overview of the situation, an overall evaluation; The outline is summarized and the whole text is summarized.
Subject: Analyze the shortcomings of the achievements and summarize the lessons learned.
Conclusion: Analyze the problem and clarify the direction.
3. Payment. Attribution and date.
