Liu Guizhen (1944- ) is a professor at the School of Mathematics and Systems Science at Shandong University. He has published many books such as Operations Research. She has been rated as a national advanced faculty member, a 38 Red Flag Bearer of Shandong University and one of the top ten female heroes of Shandong University.

In 2006, he was rated as a famous teacher in Shandong Province, and in 2007, he was rated as a national famous teacher.
