Institutions |One principle, four steps to establish the right concept for your MBA application.
For MBA applicants, the first question they need to think about before applying is: Why should you apply for an MBA?How does it relate to your short- and long-term career goals? This question is also a mandatory question for most business schools in their application essays.
We need to start from the needs of business schools, analyze the overall application strategy, and master the application process for MBA early approval interviews!
Material off |Tap into your strengths and show your authentic and better self.
The application is a true reflection of all your qualities on paper and serves two purposes:
1) As a basis for whether there is a chance to enter the interview;
2) A certain percentage of the total score of the interview assessment. In addition, during the personal interview, the interviewer will also ask questions based on this.
We analyze basic information, application essays, letters of recommendation, and how to fill out other application materials.
Noodles |Use strategies to impress your interviewer.
In all business schools, whether it is an early interview or a post-examination re-examination, a personal interview is a mandatory part of the assessment. There are many different questions in a personal interview, and it is difficult to cover all the common interview questions, whether it is 300 or 500 common interview questions.
We need to analyze the logic behind the examiner's questions, know the classification of interview questions, and summarize the strategies to impress the interviewer.
Group Noodles Off |Know yourself and know your opponent, and get a high score in the group.
Nearly half of the business schools use group interviews to examine candidates' overall quality and teamwork skills. We need to have a comprehensive understanding of the MBA group interview from two dimensions: content and form.
English off |Build yours with English thinking and vocabulary.
Through the 4 aspects of the MBA English interview, such as question types, scoring criteria, preparation points and practice of past questions, you can build your own routine.

Could you please briefly introduce yourself?
This question must be familiar to everyone, it can be said that we have been asked this question since childhood, we may be asked by teachers when we go to school, we may be asked by HR when we go to work, and we will be asked even if we go to college and get to a new class, but the focus is different.
For this question, you should answer according to the application materials and resume you provide, do not memorize when answering, generally answer verbally, directly point out the topic, the logic is clear, and the level is clear.
Talk about your family situation.
This question is also very common and not difficult to answer, as long as you answer truthfully, generally the examiner asks you about your family situation in order to understand your personality, concepts and mentality from the side, you just need to briefly describe your family members.
For example, family harmony, how your parents guide and educate you correctly, how family members help or support you in your work, and finally briefly introduce your responsibilities to the family and emphasize your sense of responsibility to the family, all of which will help the examiner to have a good impression of you.
What are your strengths.
Start by giving examples of what you've accomplished at work and how you've demonstrated your leadership and organizational skills in that job. Secondly, emphasize your team spirit, because it is impossible for one person to do a job well. Finally, emphasize your work attitude and how seriously you take your work.
What are your shortcomings.
First of all, don't say that you have no shortcomings, no one is perfect, everyone has shortcomings, it is unrealistic to say that there are no shortcomings, it will only make the examiner feel that you are too conceited.
Secondly, don't talk about too obvious advantages as disadvantages, the examiner will think you are fake.
Finally, don't talk about some very serious shortcomings, you can say some shortcomings that have little to do with work, or even see them as shortcomings on the surface, but are actually an advantage in the work.
Why did you choose our school?
For this question, the examiner just wants to understand your reasons and attitude for pursuing an MBA. It is recommended to answer this question from your personal career development plan, the training goals of the school, your actual situation, etc., and you should also focus on the reasons for choosing the school.
