I used to feel like I was seeing something when I was sleeping, it felt very real, and I saw all kinds of scenes, not just one person or one thing. I don't even know if I'm asleep or awake when this happens, so I often have to verify that I'm desperately trying to think about it in my dreams

Is it true or false? Sometimes I deliberately come up with some very complicated questions to make myself think about in order to verify the reality of dreams, because I think that if I am dreaming, it must be very logically confusing, and if I can think about complex problems, then it proves that there is no dream. Once you enter this state of dream-thinking, you will feel very tired, and you will really feel like you are racking your brains, and it will last for a long time.

Sometimes I think until I am completely awake, and sometimes I go back to sleeping.

Later, my situation changed a little, and I didn't have such highly real dreams in my normal sleeping state. But shortly after I lay down, I was hallucinating so often that I couldn't even remember that I wasn't asleep yet! So I focused on verifying that what I was seeing was real, and even though it was very real to me, I was still sure it was fake, and I shook my head a few times firmly, and the illusion was driven away.

After a few passes, those hallucinations never appeared again.

I didn't have anything like a devil in any of these dreams or hallucinations, and I didn't have anything else to scare me. I still don't know why these hallucinations are occurring.

But I would like to emphasize that if I had been a person who believed in superstition, I would have had frightening hallucinations in my physical condition at the time, and then I would have gone "crazy". Luckily, I'm a person who doesn't believe in evil!

So even if there was a monster with a blue face and fangs, I wouldn't be afraid, and because I wasn't afraid, it didn't appear at all! I'm really not afraid I've trekked alone in the mountains many times on windy and dark nights, even stolen offerings at the Sanno Temple, and kicked down a tombstone in a cemetery (I was still angry at the time). I have experienced many hardships in my life, so I often hate God for being unfair, so I no longer respect both gods and devils.

So it's completely ineffective to scare me with this. With such a strong immunity, even ghosts and gods can't do anything about me, let alone people!

Hallucinations during light sleep are a normal thing. I sometimes do this, when I take a nap, my heart may be compressed, and I can't move, and then my brain sends instructions to let my hand move, I think I move, but in fact I don't move at all, this is an illusion.

Light sleep may be due to too much stress or poor sleep. It may be good to take a nap in a quiet place with the right temperature and maintain a good sleeping position.

It's not that I have a mental problem, I also feel as if I hear my mom walking around when I'm at home, but my mom isn't home. In fact, I am too familiar with the environment where I am located, and I remember the things that I have reborn every day. A residual euphoria.

Missing someone too much can be like that.
