Suffering: Everyone has suffering, but they all forget. Old suffering: our body and mind are decayed, decayed, giving birth to all kinds of suffering, the body is aging, slowly disobedient, useless; And our hearts gradually become weaker, and our thinking becomes more and more sluggish, and we are inferior to others in everything, so we feel miserable.
Sickness and suffering: the four major imbalances of the body, all kinds of diseases, so bitter;
Death suffering: We have exhausted our lifespan, died of illness, or died of natural and man-made disasters. At the end of his life, the spectacle of death was unbearable, and terror arose.
When some people die, their faces turn blue with fright, and their death looks terrible; Some people don't want to die when they die, and they hold their hands tightly. If one day we find that we can't move our hands, we must be miserable;
Resentment will be bitter: We have no way to avoid our enemies and enemies, and every time we have to meet, this is called resentment and bitterness.
Love and parting from suffering: Separation from relatives and people who love each other is obedient and scattered, so it is bitter.
Seeking no suffering: We use various methods and means to obtain what we like or lofty ideals, but the result is still not obtained, this is called seeking no suffering.
The five aggregates of suffering: We have an attachment to the body and mind of the five aggregates (which are the aggregates of the five kinds of body and mind, namely, feeling, receiving, thinking, acting, and knowing), which is called the five aggregates.
