02 Bring the account opening certificate, the original and copy of the business license, the legal person ID card, the ID card of the person in charge (not required if the legal person goes to handle it in person), the power of attorney of the legal person (not required if the legal person goes to handle it in person), the official seal of the enterprise, the financial seal and the private seal of the legal person, and the original financial seal card to the opening bank.
03 Fill in the "Application Information Change Form" at the opening bank to change the information of the three-in-one certificate. At the same time, the bank will require the signing of a new "Entrusted Bank Withholding Agreement".
04 After the successful change of information, the bank will not require the corporate customer to provide the tax registration certificate and the organization certificate when handling banking business in the future.

When opening a bank account, the tax registration certificate number must be registered according to the regulations, and after the number is upgraded, you must apply to the opening bank to terminate the "Tripartite Agreement on Tax-Banking Network", then change the tax number, and then re-sign a new "Tripartite Agreement on Tax-Banking Network", otherwise you will not be able to complete the tax deduction operation. If taxpayers open multiple bank accounts in multiple banks, please apply separately. Do not cause late payment of tax and be charged late payment penalty;
4. Tax digital (CA) certificate replacement (service provider).
The CA digital certificate is an important part of the taxpayer's tax service through the network, and after the number is upgraded, the taxpayer should go to the service window of the service provider to re-apply for a new CA digital certificate. Otherwise, you will not be able to log in to the tax declaration software and the online tax service hall;
In addition, taxpayers who have opened online certification must re-register online certification information at the service provider; Taxpayers who pay the golden tax service fee by collection method also need to change the collection information at the service provider.
5. Change and issuance of tax control equipment (tax department).
This work is important! After the number is upgraded, the taxpayer invoicing system will be reissued. The specific steps are as follows:
1.The taxpayer invalidates all invoices in his hand, and keeps the invoicing system connected and the data uploaded successfully;
2.The next day, taxpayers log in to the "Online Tax Service Hall" to check the number of invoice balances to ensure that all invoice balances are zero. If the automatic inspection cannot be realized, the taxpayer needs to go to the tax service hall to manually inspect the old;
3.Taxpayers should go to the tax declaration window of the tax service hall with tax control equipment to file tax returns on a non-levy period;
4.Taxpayers hold tax control equipment and go to the golden tax cancellation window of the tax service department to cancel the tax control equipment;
5.Taxpayers go to the tax registration window of the tax service department to go through the post-tax change procedures;
6.Taxpayers go to the general taxpayer qualification registration post to handle the maintenance of golden tax files;
7.Taxpayers should reissue the equipment at the golden tax issuance window of the tax service hall with the tax control equipment;
8.Taxpayers should apply for new invoices at the invoice sales window of the tax service hall with tax control equipment and ticket buyer's ID card.
