The first kind of person is not able to find his own mistakes of the person, this kind of person even if he makes a mistake does not know that he has made a mistake, he himself is simply unable to distinguish between right and wrong, so you may feel that there is no such person, in fact, there are a lot of such people, in real life, many people do not feel that they are wrong, even if they do something wrong, they do not feel that they are wrong, because he does not know right and wrong at all, and firmly believes that his inherent cognition is absolutely correct;

The second type of person is able to find his own mistakes but can not self-reflect, this kind of person is a little better than the first type of person, he can distinguish right from wrong, but never self-reflection, even if he finds that he has made a mistake, he will find a lot of excuses for himself, refuse to self-reflection, belong to the type of knowing mistakes and not correcting, this kind of person also likes to use what he thinks is right and wrong to find fault with others, and feels that others are not good and that is not good, and the society is not good and that is not good. I can't self-reflect, and I have no qualifications to point fingers at others and society.

The third type is the one who can find his own mistakes and be able to self-reflect, Confucius said that he has not met such a person.

Most of us can find our own shadow in the first two types of people, although we are not willing to admit that making mistakes is an opportunity for us to discover our own shortcomings, and only self-reflection can make us better and faster progress.

Although we can't fully achieve the kind of people who find their own mistakes and can self-reflect and blame as Confucius said, we should have this kind of pursuit, be strict with ourselves, do more self-reflection, and get closer to the third type of person.
