1. Iron anti-theft net. It is a kind of mesh anti-theft net made of iron bending and welding, which is generally made of iron bars or iron sheets, depending on the preference of consumers. Iron security nets are prone to rust, so they need to be coated with some paint on their surface to prevent them from rusting quickly.

2. Stainless steel anti-theft net. A very common kind of anti-theft net, as long as we walk on the street, we can see its figure everywhere. Stainless steel anti-theft net solves the problem of rust of iron anti-theft net.

However, there are obvious deficiencies in the artistic modeling, and the round pipe and the square pass are generally used to intersect each other, so people habitually call it a birdcage-type anti-theft net.

1. The anti-theft net shall be installed on the inside of the window and meet the requirements of the Opinions. However, if the following two conditions are met, it can be installed on the outside of the window after the review and approval of the city appearance and environmental sanitation management department and the approval of the urban planning department

1) The building is located in the inner streets and alleys with a planned width of less than 10 meters, and does not belong to the main road, the city appearance standard road, the scope of the "one district and three sides" and the scope of the new residential area after 1990;

2) Because the structure of the building does not allow to be installed in the window.

2. The anti-theft net that has been approved to be set up outside the window shall not float out of the exterior wall, and shall use new building materials such as stainless steel, and the style of the anti-theft net of the same building shall be unified.

3. The anti-theft net project installed outside the window shall be approved according to the following procedures:

1) The applicant shall apply to the sub-district office or town where the house is located, and the sub-district office or town shall apply to the district planning bureau for installation in a unified manner with one or more buildings as a unit;

B) the sub-district office or town ** sent to the city or district sanitation department for review, to obtain the sanitation department to allow the permission to set up outside the window, and then submitted to the district planning branch for approval;

C) after review in line with the set up outside the window, by the planning sub-bureau in the form of administrative approval of the sub-district office or town **, not issued a construction project planning permit.

Fourth, the installation of anti-theft nets on the outside of windows is a temporary structure, which must be unconditionally dismantled when it is necessary for urban construction, management or remediation. The district planning sub-bureau shall clearly stipulate this in accordance with the unified and standardized document of the municipal bureau (see annex).

5. Where the building façade is not installed with a canopy, it is not allowed to install a new canopy. If it has been installed, it shall be removed when the anti-theft net is removed.

6. In addition to complying with the regulations of our city, roof beautification, outdoor air conditioner installation, outdoor pipeline installation, etc., should also comply with the provisions of Yue Jianshe Zi 2000 No. 55 document.

It's not illegal...

This mainly depends on the contract between the owner and the property. If there is an agreement in the contract between the owner and the property management company, it will be done according to the agreement; If there is no agreement in this regard, the property management company cannot interfere with the installation of anti-theft nets inside and outside his house, which is a legal use of the exclusive part of his house, as long as it does not endanger the safety of the building and does not damage the legitimate rights and interests of other owners. In other words, the anti-theft net must be built-in and not extend beyond the exterior wall.

Under this premise, if the owner wants to install, he can negotiate an agreement with the property of the community. In addition, the property management company has limited liability for the safety of the property of the owners in the community, and the extent of this responsibility should be determined by the judicial authority. If the loss is caused by the shutdown of the monitor, the loss caused by the registration of the vehicle when it comes in and the loss is not registered when it goes out, or the loss caused by negligent management, improper deployment of security, etc., the property shall bear part of the loss after being determined by the judicial department.

Conversely, if the property has fulfilled its contractual security responsibilities and the owner's property is stolen, the property will not be held liable.
