Since the Song Dynasty, there have been so-called "Tuyi" (Tuyi) in the south of the Yangtze River, which may be related to this. Now there are many kinds of styles of Da Afu, the earliest of which was the work of the middle of the Qing Dynasty.
Jiangsu Wuxi Huishan clay figure representative work "Da Fu" is based on folklore. Legend has it that in ancient times, a pair of humanoid giant beasts lived in the mountains, named "Sand Child", extremely powerful, as long as the beasts in the mountains smiled at it, they bowed their heads into its arms and let it devour. The male died for some reason, and the female was martyred when she hit the tree.
Da Ah Fu created an extraordinary, deified, but also a cute image of a strong folk child. It is mainly taken from the meaning of suppressing evil and blessings. The earliest existing piece of Da Afu clay sculpture, which is said to be the original model during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, is now in the collection of Huishan Clay Figure Research Institute.
With a height of 22 centimeters, a width of centimeters and a thickness of centimeters, it is a high-relief type printed clay figurine. The shape is extremely concise, sitting cross-legged, full face, smiling, fat dundun, eyebrows and eyes, straight nose and mouth, combing diamond-shaped bun, embracing green lions, bright clothes, yellow ground and red flowers, with a strong Jiangnan folk atmosphere. The lion is the king of beasts, and the great Ah Fu holds the lion in his arms, showing the demeanor of the conqueror.
Da Afu clay sculpture, in 1979, won the national light industry quality product certificate.

The thing I regret the most when I was a student may be that I didn't say I like you to the table I liked at the end of high school, and now I think back to all the joys I had together, I really regret it, seriously, when I didn't like a person, I often felt why so many people were always so persistent, and when you really like someone, you can really experience it, and now I see that she has her own circle of friends in college, and has her own joy, and I am really happy for herBut if I could be given a chance to go back to the way things were, I would definitely tell her that I like you. And now I can only bury you in my memory, missing you is the thing I regret the most in my life.
