Why learn from the knowledge left by those who came before us?

China has a history of 5,000 years. When I was a kid at home, my parents always said to us, "We have walked more bridges than you have walked!"

We eat more salt than you eat! "The people who came before us always knew more than we knew in this world, and the more they experienced, the more they experienced. They understand what is right and what is not right for us.

It is very beneficial for people in the past to always record what they have experienced and what they have experienced, and it is very beneficial for us modern people to see it. There are some things that we don't know how to be good, but maybe the seniors know it. And this knowledge can only be learned so that we know what to do right.

Our 5,000-year-old Chinese history, poetry, sports, arithmetic, ancient astronomy and other outstanding achievements in various fields are all contributions of our outstanding Chinese characters (some are life's work) that was ahead of the world at that time, how can we not learn the essence of China?!

These civilizations have been passed down from generation to generation, and the history of Chinese civilization will get longer and longer, and these are the achievements of those who have the courage to inherit the inheritance of their predecessors!

In this way, we can make progress on the basis of our predecessors. Houses are built little by little, and if there is no foundation underneath, there will be no high-rises. The same goes for knowledge. If there was no exploration by the predecessors, how could there be the discoveries of the people now?!

What we learn is useful, and the knowledge left to us by our predecessors is vast and profound, such as classical Chinese, as well as those ancient classics.

The knowledge we learn is true and reasonable as previously discovered and proven. Knowledge can be passed down through a certain carrier, and if we don't learn it, then knowledge has no meaning to exist. Furthermore, if we don't learn the knowledge left by our predecessors, should we create new knowledge ourselves, who don't know a single word?

The knowledge left by the predecessors is correct relative to the environment in which the discoverer and inventor lived, but with the development of the times and the change of the environment, some knowledge may not be suitable for the present, and it will inevitably be modified.

Not necessarily what the predecessors said was right.

However, the predecessors have said so much, and not many can be handed down.

What has been passed down is the essence.

Learning the knowledge of our ancestors is also the essence of learning.

This is also the reason to learn from previous knowledge.
