The revised Lawyers Law stipulates that there is a system of state-owned law firms - law firms funded by the state, but in practice, whether there are indeed state-owned law firms is another matter. As far as people know, there are very few real wholly state-owned law firms, and almost no one has heard of any state-owned law firms. The revised Lawyers Law abolished the organizational form of cooperative law firms, so there were indeed no cooperative firms, and the original cooperative firms were all restructured into partnership firms.
The second paragraph of Article 15 of the amended Lawyers Law stipulates that "a partnership law firm may be established in the form of a general partnership or a special general partnership. The partners of a partnership law firm are liable for the debts of the law firm in accordance with the law in the form of a partnership. "There are two forms of partnerships, one is a general partnership and the other is a special general partnership.
Here, it is necessary to put forward the difference between the two organizational forms of general partnership and special general partnership. Article 107 of the amended Partnership Enterprise Law stipulates that if a non-enterprise professional service institution adopts a partnership system in accordance with relevant laws, its partners may bear the liabilities in the form of this Law, and the provisions of this Law on the liability of partners of special general partnerships may apply. A general partnership law firm is a law firm with limited liability.
This is what is commonly referred to as a limited liability partnership (LLP) in academic circles. All partners have limited liability. A special general partnership law firm is actually a general partnership.
The reason why it is special is that this form of partnership individualizes and specializes the way in which partners assume responsibility. Article 38 of the Measures for the Administration of Law Firms stipulates that only when one or more partners intentionally or grossly negligently cause losses to the parties or even the debts of the whole firm due to intentional or gross negligence in the course of practice, in addition to the unlimited liability of these partners, the other partners shall only bear limited liability. That is, some partners bear unlimited liability, and other partners bear limited liability.
The landlord's question "The former has limited liability, and the latter has unlimited liability?" So who wants to open a partnership? In fact, it is a question arising from ignorance of the two specific forms of legal liability of partnership firms as stipulated in the amended Lawyers Law.
A law firm in the form of a general partnership has limited liability. By the way, the Ministry of Justice promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Law Firms, which stipulates that the establishment of a general partnership law firm must have assets of more than RMB 300,000 (Article 7); To establish a special general partnership law firm, it must have assets of more than RMB 10 million (Article 8).
The emphasis is on the requirement that special general partnership law firms must have a strong (credit) ability to bear unlimited legal liability. The above opinions are for reference!

Nowadays, most law firms are able to consult for free, we just need to find the law firm we like and go in for consultation。But the question is, can you find your own useful answers within the scope of the free amusement service? You must know that the consultation fee of a lawyer is still very high, for example, for some ordinary lawyers, the consultation fee per hour is hundreds of yuan.
If it's a better lawyer, then the consulting fee is really not capped. With such a high lawyer's fees, do you think he will use his precious time to do voluntary labor for you? Of course it's impossible.
Lawyers also have to eat, otherwise why would people work so hard to learn so much professional knowledge? The reason why law firms offer free consultation is nothing more than to attract more customers to their door, for example, if you see a restaurant with a tasting event in front of the door, if you taste it and think it tastes good, you will go in and buy it. The same is true for law firms, how can they attract more customers if they don't let their customers feel their professionalism?
It is true that law firms can provide free consultations, but they will not give you more answers than they can do for free. At first, just listen to your description and give you a general explanation, if you want to ask more questions, then you need to pay extra. In fact, you really can't save money in the matter of lawyers, after all, you have to go to court, it can be seen that the matter is very serious, and the money must be spent on the blade, if you save money at this time, then wouldn't you be looking for trouble for yourself.
Don't trust the free consultation on the Internet too much, and don't be attracted by the free consultation of the law firm, there are indeed some lawyers who can help others with free consultation, but it is only a few chats, and it is usually hard to forget, as for those free legal aid, most of them are just ordinary for families in difficulty, and people cannot enjoy it.
It should exist, after all, most of us ordinary people are not so familiar with the law, if you really need a professional to help you in a lawsuit, otherwise you will feel that your brain is empty and there is no clue.
The truth is at ease in the world, and you can discover it yourself.
It's hard for you.
