The adjustment of the seat in the cab of the car affects the driving safety, and the adjustment method is as follows:

Backrest angle. Once you're in the car and sit down, bring your hips back together and adjust the angle of the backrest first in a more standard sitting position. The angle of the backrest determines the comfort level of long-distance driving, and it is also very particular.

The angle of the backrest must not be adjusted to the degree of reclining, although this is very comfortable, but it will increase the hidden danger of driving, and it is too late to react to accidents.

The correct angle should be to lean back and seat cushion at a slightly greater than 90-degree right angle, with the body leaning back slightly to help relax. If you are driving long distances, it is best to place a cushion to fill the gap between the waist and backrest, relieve back pain, and drive more comfortably.

Seat height. The height of the seat should ensure that our vision will not be blocked by the steering wheel, so adjust the seat as high as possible to have a wide field of vision, and we can see more things, which increases driving safety. Headrest. The headrest is a place that many car owners tend to ignore, and most car owners feel that the headrest has no practical effect, or put the headrest in the position of the neck, and the neck will be more comfortable when leaning back. The correct position of the headrest is at the back of the head, which is the safest position. Driving doesn't make your neck feel sore, and it also avoids the most fragile neck from being hurt. The co-pilot seat adjustment method is as follows:

1. Adjust back and forth. Pull up the seat position lever, slide the seat back and forth to the desired position, and release the lever. Note that after the seat has been adjusted, you need to make sure that it is locked securely.

2. Adjust the inclination angle of the backrest. Hold your body close to the backrest, pull up the seat backrest tilt adjustment handle, lean back to adjust the backrest to the desired angle, and release the adjustment handle.
