On January 17, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "Notice on Expanding the Pilot Program of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Imports", stating that Shijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao, Langfang, Taiyuan, Chifeng, Fushun, Yingkou, Hunchun, Mudanjiang, Heihe, Xuzhou, Nantong, Lianyungang, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Zhoushan, Wuhu, Anqing, Quanzhou, Jiujiang, Ji'an, Ganzhou, Jinan, Yantai, Weifang, Rizhao, Linyi, Luoyang, Shangqiu, Nanyang, Yichang, Xiangyang, Huangshi, Hengyang, Yueyang, Shantou, Foshan, Beihai, Qinzhou, Chongzuo, Luzhou, Zunyi, Anshun, Dehong, Honghe, Lhasa, Xining, Haidong, Yinchuan, Urumqi, and other Hainan islands have been included in the national cross-border e-commerce import pilot cities.
