There is no way to choose the innate destiny, but the acquired destiny can be changed through one's own efforts.

Buddhism believes that everything in the world has a cause and effect. Human fate is also a manifestation of cause and effect. People with good lives will have some of the same characteristics, and people with bad lives will also have some common characteristics.

An old man once said that all people who have a hard life will have these four characteristics. If you are unlucky, you must change it in time to win more good luck and blessings for yourself, change your fate, and live more and more easily.

The first characteristic: the comparison heart is too heavy. The psychology of comparison is something that people are born with.

The lighter ones will push themselves to improve, and the heavier ones will have the opposite effect and put themselves in pain. The more bad the fate, the more often there is a comparison mentality. It is precisely because of this habit of comparison that you always only notice your own misfortunes in life, and automatically ignore the good and happy things in life, and in the long run, natural happiness will be far away from you, and troubles and pains will slowly approach you.

Understand that everything in the world is constantly changing, and there is only what suits you, and there is no best forever.

The second characteristic: the inability to control oneself. Buddhism.

It is believed that people's thoughts can be controlled by themselves. Only when you learn to control your thoughts can you truly be your own master, and your fate is completely in your own hands. If, on the other hand, we are controlled by our thoughts, then pain and trouble will follow.

Good thoughts can always urge oneself to do more meaningful things, while bad thoughts can always indulge oneself, allowing oneself to be greedy for pleasure and willing to fall, and such an outcome can only end up with the exhaustion of good fortune and the cessation of good luck.

The third characteristic: I don't know how to be enough. As the saying goes:

Those who are content are always happy. Contentment is always a shortcut to happiness. Those who know how to be content can always be happy, while those who do not know how to be content will be controlled by greedy desires, and eventually they will not escape the cage of desires.

The gap of desire is always difficult to flatten, and the more people who want to work hard to fill their desires, the more empty their hearts are. In such a situation, the more you have, the more you have, the less happiness and joy you have.

The fourth characteristic: too much jealousy. Jealousy is the emotional experience of a sub-scheme of resistance caused by the superiority of others over oneself.

Some people, when they see that others are better than themselves, their hearts are sour. Therefore, people who are too jealous often live the hardest life, and the more jealous they are, the more they will lose the opportunity to surpass others, and they will fall into endless suffering. Jealousy can only hurt oneself in the end.

In fact, those who have a hard life find their own suffering.

Because I'm different from other people, I'm different from everyone else in every way, and others are happy and I'm suffering, so I think my life is miserable.

There are not so many people with good lives, people born with golden keys in their mouths, people who can lie down and win, so you have to look at your own efforts to get better, not complain about your life.

Do you think that you have a hard life, or do you really have a hard life, if it is not really a hard life, then don't think of yourself as such.

The reason why I suffer a lot and I don't even think I'm suffering is because I know that other people are not okay either.

A lot of people think that their lives are miserable, really. You say that people don't know how to know that they are happy, there is a little bit of it, but it is not the main reason. The misery of life is not to say how miserable it is, but that many things we face are not something we can decide; Most of the decisions we can make are not understood.
