1. The place of the mind of the body - the impurity of the body: It is the wisdom of cultivating the impure view to deal with the perverted delusion of "attaching to the purity of the body". Think about it, is our body clean?
No matter how beautiful you dress, when you are sweating profusely, you will feel embarrassed by the smell, not to mention spitting and drowning, etc., all of which are unclean. When a person dies, everyone is more afraid to see the dead. When a person dies, the corpse decomposes, grows maggots all over the body, pierces tendons and gnaws bones, and finally becomes a pile of white bones, and the survival of this body is really impure.
Therefore, if you can contemplate the impurity of the body, you will be greedy and thirsty, and you will be able to eliminate the troubles such as glamorous and beautiful colors, so that you can settle your mind in the Tao.
2. Receiving Thoughts - Contemplating Suffering is Suffering: There are eight sufferings in life, and suffering is born, and it comes to the world under the head and feet. Old age is bitter, youth is easy to lose, and the body gradually ages involuntarily.
Sickness, whether physical pain or spiritual troubles, inevitably accompanies a person's life. Death is bitter, and I have to accept the day that it has been brought about. Can't seek, love parting, resentment will be bitter, the five yin weaving is full of suffering, (the body and mind desire is like the blazing fire, so suffering) is to view the wisdom of suffering, to deal with the upside-down delusion of "fate and happiness".
To receive is to accept righteousness, that is, to feel the impression of the outside world. When we come into contact with the realm, whether it is the feeling of suffering, happiness, or renunciation, in the view of the Dharma of impermanence, suffering is suffering, and happiness is so happy that it produces sorrow, but there is still no escape from suffering. Giving is giving, that is, the feeling of not suffering or being unhappy.
Because sentient beings have the four phases of birth, dwelling, and extinction on the outside, and the thoughts in the inner mind are continuous, in the end, they are also suffering (i.e., doing suffering). Therefore, life is suffering, and this world is full of suffering. Since suffering is caused by "suffering", then, if we know suffering without greed and pleasure, we will not be transferred by the realm, and the misconception of "attaching to happiness" will not exist.
3. Mind - Contemplation of impermanence: It is the wisdom of contemplating impermanence of contemplation to deal with the perverse delusion of "attachment to the mind". The "mind" is the essence of life and the center of all beings, but the mind is not a fixed and unique thing, but a result of the harmony of karma.
The world of mind and objects in harmony with causes and conditions is the world of the five aggregates (seeing, receiving, thinking, acting, and knowing), and the physical and mental world of the five aggregates is impermanent and will perish, so our mind is disembodied, but it is only the development of mental or contemplative causal relationships, and there is absolutely no entity to grasp. Moreover, the phenomenon of the mind is that thoughts are born and die, and they do not stop for a moment. How can you take it for granted? In this way, the wisdom of contemplating the impermanence of the mind can keep the mind away from the troubles of clinging to the delusions of permanence.
Fourth, the Dharma Mind - Viewing the Dharma without self: With the wisdom of contemplating the Dharma without self, we can deal with the perverted delusion of "attaching to the law and clinging to me". Our body is a combination of the five aggregates (earth, water, fire, and wind), and once the four aggregates are out of harmony, the five aggregates are separated, and life will die.
The Buddha said that the self of the aggregates is the "false self" and should not be attached to the true self. However, sentient beings are ignorant, and in the Dharma of selflessness, they cling to the self, and this delusion is called "self-seeing," and with self-seeing, they have all kinds of paranoid afflictions, and they cannot accept the Fa-rectification. Therefore, in order to make the mind settle in the Dao Dharma, it is necessary to use the wisdom of "contemplating the Dharma without self" to eliminate the error of "attaching to the Dharma and clinging to me".

If you don't like it, you don't feel sad when you die, go with the flow, have no desires, no pursuits! When the wind blows, I take advantage of the rain, and I do my laundry.
-
It is a realm of pure heart!! There is no desire, no pursuit, and the breeze on both sleeves is free!
-
Breaking through the lack of desire and no desire is said to have a realm.
-
I understand that if people have no desires, they have nothing to desire, which is a relatively peaceful or somewhat negative state of mind. On the other hand, what you want is what you want to move forward. In fact, it is because of desire that human beings can develop to the present or later.
-
I don't want anything, I don't like to play games, I don't want to eat good, I don't like anyone, that's what it means in layman's terms.
-
To put it simply, the Buddhist concept of desirelessness is not rejection and passivity, but non-attachment and contentment, but happiness and positivity.
Actually, Buddhism is only interested in one thing, and that is insight into the truth. Freedom from desires is not the ultimate goal of Buddhism, the ultimate goal of Buddhism is to attain enlightenment of truth. If desire is an obstacle to your insight into the truth, then you need to give up desire; If desire doesn't constitute an obstacle, then it doesn't matter.
The process of dealing with desires and emotions is also the process of guiding you to the truth.
Buddhism does not conflict with secular life, secular life is never a problem, attachment to it is the problem. If you have 1000 kilograms of **, but you are not attached to it, there is no problem; If you have a cookie, but your attention is on how to keep it and not lose it, even if it's just a cookie, it's a big problem. Because you're too persistent.

The state of mind without desire is the tranquility of the mind, no matter what things or situations you encounter, you can be calm and calm, and the state of mind will not change in any way.
No desire, that is, there is no code key to shoot greed, regardless of gains and losses. Whether it is gained or lost, Chi Xian is just a normal thing in the eyes of people who have no desires and no desires. I am not happy in good times, I am not sad in adversity, and I accept difficulties calmly and calmly.
No demand, no demand and demand, no pursuit of fame and fortune. No matter in the face of praise, criticism, or even slander and slander, you can not be happy or angry, ignore it, as if nothing happened, and there will be no change in your state of mind.
Desirelessness and desirelessness are actually a kind of pursuit, not without pursuit, but the pursuit of tranquility, is to respond to all changes with the same.
Go with the flow, be at peace with what happens, be content and happy, and have no quarrels in case of trouble. If you do these 16 words, you can achieve the realm of no desire and no desire.
The pain of life comes from not knowing the brightness, from the desire is not satisfied, contentment can be happy, and the human heart is not enough to swallow the elephant! How many people's lives have fallen into the lack of people's hearts.
What kind of state of mind to choose? That's everyone's business. Desirelessness is not what everyone wants to pursue.

Be content with the status quo and have no desires or demands. No desire, do not have great hopes for anything or anything, or even no hope, count wherever you go, and are not swayed by the environment. Gain but not happy, loss and not worry. Don't seek, don't pursue fame and fortune, let go of desires.
From: Lao Tzu's "Tao Te Ching".
Original text: If you don't do anything, you have no heart, if you don't have a heart, you have no desire, and if you don't have a desire, you don't want.
Meaning: not tossing, conforming to the natural nature of things. In this way, people have no selfishness, and without selfishness, they cannot produce selfish desires, and without selfish desires, there are no needs.
-
Let's turn bad desires into good desires.
-
There is no selfishness and no thoughts
-
There is no desire. Do not be greedy for money, lust, this and that. Knowing is always happy. It is enough to be able to sustain life.
-
This is a very good question, and this is the paradox of life. However, this problem is really difficult to clarify in a few words, and this is a problem that countless great philosophers have passed but have not solved.
The first half of the sentence can be found in Zhuangzi's leisurely journey to find a similar reference (or answer): "To man without self, God without merit, saint without name". However, this realm of no desire and no desire has not even been reached by Zhuangzi himself, and the second half of the sentence "There is no intention to ask for people" gives an explanation.
Because it is impossible for people to have no desires, seeking is what we call desires, seven emotions and six desires, Buddhism wants us to abandon people's desires, but they themselves can't let go of the desire to live, and they have to eat vegetarian food every day (that is, killing plants, isn't this also a precept?). So no one can leave desire, desire is the essence of human beings, and if there is no desire and no desire, that is, "people have no intention", colloquially expressing "you are not a human" (easy to understand that you are a beast, hehe).
As a Sichuan person, I must buy green vegetables anyway, such as oily wheat cabbage, chrysanthemum, cabbage, cabbage, mustard greens, generally choose at least two, today at noon to make stir-fried mustard greens, meat foam green beans, cucumber slices and egg soup, pleasing to the eye and appetite.

The word Buddhism has gradually become a hot topic among everyone, and I think that the word Buddhism is as it intended, upholding the Buddhist path and pursuing tranquility and far-reaching, and doing things with its own attitude. In fact, this is what everyone lacks in ordinary life, but it is very needed. >>>More
