To check the quality of the grey fabric, the general weight of the billet can meet the gram weight requirements of the finished product, but if the gram weight of the semi-finished grey cloth does not meet the predetermined requirements of the finished gram weight, then it is difficult for the finished product to meet the gram weight requirements. Therefore, the gram weight of semi-finished products is very important, and it is generally required that the gram weight of the finished product can be ** when the semi-finished product is finalized;

The first is to carefully inspect the grey cloth with more neps, more broken yarns, or more yarn support joints, and require the customer to be notified in time to deal with them, because these problems are the root causes of the holes in the grey fabric; And timely notify the pre-treatment to make the corresponding process adjustments. Second, it is necessary to choose a smooth and high-performance cylinder to handle knitted fabrics, and to keep the long car washing rope cylinder clean and smooth;

The third is to improve the responsibility of the operator, and the car of the turning cloth should be clean, and the bamboo clips and iron nails should be strictly prevented from being caught in the cloth. The speed of the vehicle should be strictly controlled when washing the opening width, not too fast.

Because knitted fabrics have not been mercerized, they are more likely to stain during washing, so the anti-staining requirements for white ground are higher. So do it:

If the evaporation is not good, the color will be heavy after washing, and the staining will be worse;

The floating color should be washed, and the floating color is less, and the white ground is not easy to be stained when soaping;

Soaping agent requires washing with a soaping agent with good anti-staining performance to avoid staining the white ground;
