    2) The litigation representative appearing in court on behalf of the defendant unit shall be the unit's legally-designated representative or principle responsible person; Where the legally-designated representative or principle responsible person is accused of being the person in charge directly responsible for a unit's crime, the other responsible persons of the unit shall appear in court as the litigation representative of the unit. Where the defendant unit's litigation representative is the same person as the person in charge who is directly responsible for the unit's crime, the people's court shall request that the people's procuratorate separately designate the defendant unit's litigation representative to appear in court.
