Therefore, the "heavy" of "double" should be read as chong2 sound, so that "double" becomes the meaning of "repeat". What is the importance of "double"? It is Chongyang or Chongyin, that is, Yang Yang or Yin Yin.
We call the ninth day of the ninth month of the lunar calendar the Double Ninth Festival, because nine represents yang in the Book of Changes, so the nine days of September plus nine days are two yangs, so it is called the Double Yang Festival. In addition to knowing yin and yang, it is also necessary to achieve "yin and yang harmony" and "yin and yang balance". Yin and Yang are not achieved all at once, but they still need to be improved little by little. When a scholar enters the stage of cultivating the harmony of yin and yang, it can be said that he has entered the stage of "understanding strength," so there is a saying that "the more he practices after understanding strength, the more refined he becomes."
At this stage, it must be understood that the combination of yin and yang is change, and it is a constant change. As long as the body is constantly changing, double nature cannot be formed. Teacher Wang Zhuanghong mentioned the importance of change many times in "Good as Water".
How can I keep changing? Let the body be transformed into fluid, the fluid flows in the body, and every component of the fluid is moving, changing the position between the molecules and forming a wave, which is the movement mode of the fluid, and it is also the mode of change.
Knowing this, we know that the transformation of the body into water is the best way to solve the problem of duality. If you go a little deeper, you should know how much of your body is water-like. This wateriness is not the shape of the body swinging like water waves, but the movement of how many water molecules are inside the body.
