Windows XP network sharing has become simpler, but not secure, you can only set the shared folder to read-only or "allow network users to modify my files", so that any shared resource set up by the computer, all computers on the same network with the computer can share the shared resources of this computer without any authorization through "Internet Neighbors". After some exploration, it was found that the default share when installing Windows XP was "simple share", resulting in an "open" and insecure file share. The way to change this "simple sharing" is:
Start by canceling the default Simple Share. Open "My Computer", click "Tools Folder Options", select the "View" tab in the dialog box that opens, and clear the checkbox before "Use Simple Share (Recommended)".
Then create a shared user. Click Start Settings Control Panel, open User Accounts, and create a user with a password, assuming the username is user00, and the machine that needs to share resources must share resources with that user.
Next, set the directory to be shared (assuming that the shared directory is test1 directory on the ntfs partition), and set that only user user00 can share the resources in this directory: right-click the directory "test1" to share, click "Share and Security", select "Share this folder", click "Permissions", click "Delete" button to delete the permissions that any user (everyone) in the directory can share, and then click the "Add" button. Click Advanced Find Now, select user user00, click OK to add user user00, and select the sharing permission for user user00.
In the future, if a computer on the LAN wants to view the content in the shared folder, it can only view or modify the content in the shared folder by entering the correct user name and password.

1.Set a password for a user. Such as guest
2.Set the folder sharing permission to Guest, delete the Erveone user. That's it (this is to specify which user to share, if not added.) The default is everyone).
