What kind of organization is AEESEC?

First of all, AIESEC is an international youth organization that is neither a student association nor affiliated with any institution. At present, AIESEC only has chapters in some universities in China, and there are chapters in two colleges and universities or other branches affiliated with one school, such as CUHK, Jiji University, Guangwai University, Shenzhen University in Guangdong Province, etc. Its main job is to send overseas volunteers and interns inward or outward, and has a relatively complete operating system.

I joined AIESEC at this semester, for me, this is not comparable to any school club organization, here, not to mention dealing with foreigners from all over the world, new members will hold a regular orientation meeting every quarter, it is a large-scale conference in South China or North China, where you can meet a lot of different young Chinese college students, will become your motivation to move forward and the wealth of life. In the work, it is also practical to do things, and it is important to develop yourself as a person, not just to complete a certain goal. All in all, this is an organization worthy of your youth, and we are all proud of AIESEC.

AIESEC's members are mainly from universities, higher education institutions, and Fortune 500 companies. It is a non-profit, non-profit organization that has been granted "consultative status" by the United Nations Economic and Social Council and reported by the United Nations Department of Public Information.

Illegal organization! Why did they survive like this?

As an old man from AIESEC, I'm here to answer the question from a different perspective. I've been working for more than three years, and looking back, I'm more objective than a bunch of kids in it. Now distributed in different industries, basically in the top 500, is my potential employment introducer. AIESEC allows you to meet people with different majors at the same university, and people with the same major in different universities across the country, which is the first step for you to build up your network. My best friend, Kaidou was a roommate when I was doing an overseas internship, an American girl, two German boys, an Indian boy, a Mexican girl, we have known each other for 5 years, except for me and another in Beijing, we all meet once a year, and it is very certain that one or several of them are staring at the elites in their respective fields.

Whenever I encounter a difficult problem in my career or life, their opinions are often the most objective and credible. Career stepping stone I joined AIESEC in 09, first went to Turkey for an internship, there were a few Hong Kong people and British people who lived together for the internship, and I got 7 in IELTS speaking after coming back in four months. A year later, I found an internship in Germany with my connections. In my senior year of 10 years, I began to go to AIESEC in Germany for an internship, in the local ** tourism bureau, after the internship, the boss highly recommended me to his former mentor, an AIESEC alumnus in his 50s, to be an assistant to his research project, with a lot of money. During the internship, I took over the local AIESEC project, organized a conference attended by hundreds of people, and had a preliminary understanding of the project management process.

After 11 years of returning to the imperial capital, I spoke well and had overseas work experience, and successfully entered the embassy of a European country in China, and the first question asked me by the consul during the interview was how about AIESEC, her daughter who is in college is preparing to participate in this. When I changed jobs to Daimler in 13 years, HR asked me if I had any experience in doing projects, and I took an example of leading a team of 5 people to make a conference with 500 people in three months, and easily entered the second round. The big boss is an AIESEC alumnus, and I have been in Germany for two years.

More than once I have asked who brought AIESEC, Idea, SIFE, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, and Model United Nations to the university campus.
