5. The time for submitting the physical condition certificate shall be calculated according to the date of the initial license, and shall be submitted within 15 days after 12 months, and the driver's license shall be cancelled if the physical condition certificate is not submitted for more than one year.

6. From now on, the auxiliary certificate of the motor vehicle driver's license does not need to be stamped with the examination seal.
