Supervision enterprise qualification requirements, supervision company qualification conditions

Legal analysis: 1. It has independent legal personality and a registered capital of not less than 500,000 yuan.

2. The technical person in charge of the supervision company should be a registered supervision engineer and have more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction.

3. The number of registered supervision engineers of the corresponding profession shall not be less than the number of registered supervision engineers with professional qualifications.

4. Have the necessary quality management system, file management and rules and regulations.

5. Have the necessary engineering test and testing equipment.

Article 23 The establishment of a limited liability company shall meet the following conditions:

1) The shareholders meet the quorum;

2) There is a capital contribution subscribed by all shareholders in accordance with the provisions of the company's articles of association;

3) Shareholders jointly formulate the articles of association;

4) Have a company name and establish an organizational structure that meets the requirements of a limited liability company;

5) Have a company domicile.

Article 24 A limited liability company shall be established with capital contribution from less than 50 shareholders.

The following conditions are required for the establishment of a supervision company:

1) Have obtained the "Enterprise Legal Person Business License" or "Partnership Business License".

Among them, enterprises that have obtained the "Business License for Enterprise Legal Person" can only apply for professional qualifications; Enterprises that have obtained the "Partnership Business License" can only apply for the qualification of a firm.

2) The practitioner registration procedures have been completed, and the relevant practitioner has obtained the practice certificate and practice seal registered in the enterprise.

3) There is a relatively complete organizational structure, quality and safety management system and technology, archives and other management systems.

4) Have a fixed workplace and necessary engineering testing and testing equipment.

5) If you intend to apply for the qualification of the firm, you should also have more than 3 registered supervision engineers in the partners, and the partners have more than 5 years of work experience in engineering supervision.

6) Those who intend to apply for Class C professional qualifications shall also meet the following conditions:

1.The registered capital shall not be less than 500,000 yuan.

2.The technical person in charge is a registered supervision engineer and has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction.

3.There are no less than 5 registered supervision engineers in the corresponding profession.

7) Those who intend to apply for Class B professional qualifications shall also meet the following conditions:

1.The registered capital shall not be less than 1 million yuan.

2.The technical person in charge is a registered supervision engineer and has more than 10 years of engineering construction experience.

3.The total number of registered supervision engineers, registered cost engineers, first-class registered constructors, first-class registered architects, first-class registered structural engineers or other survey and design registered engineers shall not be less than 15.

4.The number of registered supervision engineers of the corresponding profession shall not be less than the number required in the number of registered supervision engineers with professional qualifications (Annex 2).

5.There shall be no less than 1 registered cost engineer (not concurrently served by a person who has been reported as a professional registered supervision engineer).

8) If you intend to directly apply for a class A professional qualification, you should also have a class A design qualification or a level or above construction general contracting qualification, and you can only directly apply for a class A engineering supervision enterprise qualification corresponding to the main business of the professional engineering category.

The qualifications of the supervision company are as follows:

1. Must have independent legal personality and have assets that comply with relevant national regulations;

2. Must have more than 5 professional Grade A engineering supervision qualifications;

3. The enterprise has the necessary engineering testing and testing equipment;

4. There is no major quality accident caused by the supervision responsibility of the enterprise within one year before the date of application for engineering supervision qualification.

Article 7 of the Regulations on the Management of Qualifications of Engineering Supervision Enterprises.

The qualification level standards of engineering supervision enterprises are as follows:

1) Comprehensive qualification standards.

1. It has independent legal personality and has assets that comply with relevant national regulations.

2. The technical person in charge of the enterprise shall be a registered supervision engineer, and have more than 15 years of experience in engineering construction work or have a senior engineering title.

3. With more than 5 engineering categories, the professional Grade A engineering supervision qualification is in song.

4. There are no less than 60 registered supervision engineers, no less than 5 registered cost engineers, and no less than 15 registered construction engineers, registered architects, registered structural engineers or other registered survey and design engineers.

5. The company has a sound organizational structure and a sound management system for technology, archives and other management systems.

6. The enterprise has the necessary engineering test and testing equipment.
