I've always believed that you should never let a person walk alone in the snow for a long time, and never let him spend a long night alone with his chest covered.
Once he survives, armor will grow on his body and flowers will grow on his heart. From that point on, there will be someone who will walk out of his life completely, and he will not allow himself to be hurt again and suffer betrayal.
How dark a person's low tide is, how strong his strength will be to stand up. When he is in the dark, it is his dormant period, and it is the time for him to constantly review. So don't underestimate anyone, once he has an epiphany and comes to his senses, it will be the moment when he breaks out of his cocoon and becomes a butterfly.

1. The key factor that can make a person mature and wise is not how much suffering he has endured and how many things he has experienced, but how many things he has had after suffering and going through everything. Epiphany, it is these two words that determine a person's growth.
2. A wise man only needs a word from others to have an epiphany. Fools, it is in vain to be beaten hard by others.
3. There is a good saying, a hundred years of practice is easy: because it is only a process of time accumulation, what is only important is perseverance day after day; It is difficult to have an epiphany: this is a particular state of mind and chance, there is an opportunity to make your state of mind, and a realization is the enemy for many years.
4. Life is not about how long or short you live, but about how early or late you have an epiphany.
5. The surface is a sentence, but the essence is the truth of the world, the contemplation of the sages. Here we encounter sentences, and regard some as treasures, but in fact, we look up to the shining light of the human stars, and hope that we can have an epiphany of the meaning of life in resonance.
6. The purpose of human life is not only survival, but also spiritual epiphany and ideological awakening.
7. The ultimate value of life lies in the ability to awaken and think, not just to survive.
8. What drives the process of our life is the timing of epiphany, the degree of effort, the accurate judgment of the existing life, desire, jealousy, and the love and longing churning in our hearts. It is the heart that always believes that you will live a happy life, and knows how to perceive happiness.

The contemporary understanding of epiphany is different from that of ancient times, which is to understand the true meaning, a very high realm, but the changes in culture after the Wei and Jin dynasties make it difficult to have epiphany. The representative is Lao Tzu's "Tao Te Ching", which uses a large number of words to describe the Tao of his epiphany, but does not specifically write what the Tao is. In ancient times, epiphany was beyond the scope of language, a realm that could not be expressed.
Contemporary epiphany seems to have become an insight, and once you have figured out something, you call yourself an epiphany, which is essentially a personal change rather than some kind of mystery. I believe what will happen to the person who remembers the mystery, but I didn't get to that level, because contemporary writing can't record the Tao of epiphany, and my brain can't remember it. Lost is not knowing if he can't remember or if he was deleted from his brain by the gods (aliens, administrators, prison wardens).

After an epiphany, a person may become very powerful through his own efforts. They may continue to learn new abilities.
-
The strength lies in not running away from any real problems and actively solving them. Everything else comes naturally and will change as you accumulate. Remember the phrase "don't run away, work out positively."
As for how strong you are to succeed, you will have your own goals, but be content.

The pause is sudden, there is no time, there is no process, it is present, immediate, rapid, direct, just in this moment; Gradual is sequential, continuous, emphasizing the process, emphasizing step by step, step by step. Suddenly is a qualitative change, and gradually a quantitative change; Suddenly is the result, gradually is the process. Epiphany is the prophetic principle, but it must also be based on reason, and it is necessary to have an epiphany in theory, and gradually cultivate in things.
Gradual cultivation is to engage in and process to start, but the ultimate goal is to be reasonable. The gradual cultivation after the epiphany is to confirm the principle of the epiphany through the gradual cultivation; The epiphany after gradual cultivation itself is the accumulation and sublimation of process experience.
For Yongming Zen Master, the practice is divided into four types: gradual enlightenment, gradual enlightenment, epiphany, and gradual enlightenment. Either way, it should be a combination of knowledge and action, a combination of theory and practice, and an equal emphasis on process and results. Only gradual + pausing can form a complete cycle.
Epiphany is based on gradual cultivation, and it is impossible to have an epiphany without the accumulation of the past, and the basis of epiphany is the accumulation of existing practice, but there is no summary and thinking in the past practice process, and there may be no guidance from others, but the process of practice is there, and it may not be clear what truth can be derived from these things in the process of practice, and there is no conscious summary. After other things that are knocked on the side, or the guidance of others, or a sentence, it often helps the past experience to carry out and arrive at a truth, which is exactly what we call experience, and this experience can also know the subsequent practice.
As long as we are willing to summarize and think, because gradual realization is too small, you may not have the feeling of sudden enlightenment. But these are also the accumulation of experience, the accumulation of small experience is the big experience, and the accumulation of gradual enlightenment has the same effect as epiphany, which is related to the individual's ability to comprehend. There are too few times in a person's life to really have a sense of epiphany, gradual cultivation + gradual enlightenment is the most common, and it is often necessary to rely on chance to be fortunate enough to meet the guidance of a master to produce an epiphany.
If you don't gradually cultivate it after the epiphany, the truth of the epiphany will become a castle in the air, and this truth will not be of much value to you, nor will it be transformed into your subsequent productivity. There are many people who can understand the truth, but it is not easy to prove the truth through practice. Only through one's own practice can one truly transform one's own experience and ability.
If gradual cultivation does not produce gradual enlightenment or epiphany, then it will be very difficult for us to reach a new level of gradual cultivation. The process is important, but the process without results is still meaningless. The importance of the process is that through the process, we can understand some truths, summarize some experience, and better guide the subsequent process.
If we pay more attention to self-reflection and summarization, we can often produce gradual enlightenment and epiphany, which is where the value lies.
Suddenly there is no division, and the unity of the unity is the unity of knowledge and action, and the directors are not divided. Epiphany and enlightenment is not the realm we pursue, and the continuous improvement formed by gradual cultivation and gradual realization is the real method of learning and growth.

After a person's epiphany, it does not mean how strong he becomes, after his Dragon Boat Festival, he may become very hard, but hard work does not necessarily succeed.
-
After a person has an epiphany, he can become very strong and strong, and he will go further, that is, his future path.
-
Without the effort of so things, what you get is proportional. Especially in feelings, you can't feel like you deserve as much as you give. The judgment is the judgment.
-
So your question is how powerful can a person be after an epiphany?
So I personally think that if you are a person, it turns out that you are addicted to that place, or you are stuck in that horn tip, and you can't get out, and you will become a meal, ah, lack of wisdom, right? And then what? When he came out, he suddenly became very powerful, and this is indeed the case, so powerful, boundless, infinitely infinitely powerful.
-
Many, the road is invisible! Buddha, wise man, enlightened one, enlightened one. Epiphany is the sublimation of a state.
-
Because after an epiphany, a person will understand very clearly, and he will become more and more powerful.
-
After an epiphany, a person will definitely become very strong, and his mind is very healthy.

Epiphany, literally, means a sudden realization. The epiphany of Buddhism seems to be the first in Buddhism to be the sixth patriarch Huineng"Altar Sutra", is a method of Zen Buddhism, as opposed to the method of gradual enlightenment; It is the way to attain success through the correct practice and the rapid comprehension of the essentials of the Dharma, so as to guide the correct practice, of course, this is not the only way, and the epiphany is more through inspiration, which may be instantaneous in terms of time. Within Zen Buddhism, there is Nanton, the Northern Enlightenment, the Southern Epiphany is represented by Huineng, and the Northern Sect Shenxiu advocates gradually.
The six ancestors put it forward in the altar scripture"Epiphany"The connotation of the concept is broadly multifaceted
First"After a lot of calamities, enlightenment is instantaneous"、"In an instant, the delusions were gone"It can be seen that epiphany refers to a sudden change or leap in human thinking.
Second"Suddenly see the truth as it is"、"Epiphany Bodhi"It can be seen that epiphany is the realization of one's own Buddha nature, and since everyone has Buddha nature, everyone has the function of epiphany.
Third, epiphany is thoughtlessness"What is the name of thoughtlessness, if you see that all the Dharma minds are not stained, it is for thoughtlessness"It can be seen that the result of the epiphany is not tainted with general concepts or ordinary disturbing methods.
Fourth"The first thought is the ordinary man, and the second thought is the Buddha","When I was at the place of the monk of forbearance (referring to the five ancestors), I realized that it was true as my true nature when I heard the words, and I was in order to popularize this teaching"。

Although there are different interpretations of the principle of the brewing effect, this effect exists objectively and is worth exploiting, especially for knowledge workers.
If you have a difficult problem, take a break. You can do something else first, such as listening, running, sleeping, or you can put the problem aside for a few days to make the gestation period longer, and it is likely that in the process of brewing, you will "aha" and think of a good way.
Of course, the gestation period is not an excuse for you to avoid problems, and if you don't put too much effort into it, I don't think you'll be able to brew anything. Why?
While it may not be possible to completely solve the problem during preparation, it doesn't mean that the effort you put into the problem is in vain. Researchers believe that problem-solving failures are crucial in the human learning process. In addition, in solving the epiphany problem, some scholars have found evidence for the Zeignick memory effect.
The Zeignick memory effect means that people are more impressed with things that have not been dealt with than they have already been dealt with.
Individuals are more likely to remember the problem that "gets stuck" on them than the one that has already been successfully solved. So, if you didn't do everything you could, how could you say that the problem was "stuck" on you? And how can you be impressed?
If you have a better memory of unsolved problems, then you will be extremely sensitive in the gestation stage, like having antennae on your head, once you encounter relevant new information, you can immediately capture it, and then efficiently return to the original problem to continue thinking, so that the problem can be solved to the maximum.

Enlightenment and enlightenment Think about what you want to pursue, and you will have an epiphany when the opportunity comes.

According to experts, people have an epiphany before they die.
When a person is doing something, the fewer distractions, the stronger the motivation, and the more fun he has at different stages, the stronger his perseverance. How strong the perseverance is just depends on your motivation. At that time, the school in order to let us get good results, a month before the physical examination every day after school to take an hour of training, I and a few classmates who are also poor in long jump practice long jump every day, set a goal for themselves every day, and keep repeating the jump, to the physical examination I jumped an unprecedented result, better than the training, to my surprise, I feel that I have done it, do better, If it weren't for the perseverance I had at the beginning, I wouldn't have achieved such results, so how strong a person's perseverance is, this is inspired by motivation. >>>More
