It may be that I realized this problem through studying Buddhism, and I observed it when I knew what was going on in my head, so I subconsciously thought that I was more greedy than before. For example, the more people recite the sutras and meditate, the more delusions they have, but in fact they do not have more delusions.
1.Practicing does not increase delusions and greed.
Like a sun, can it bring dark clouds? It doesn't bring dark clouds. Will chanting Buddha produce delusions?
It does not create delusions. Then why is the delusion so obvious when reciting the Buddha? Because when you recite the Buddha, you find delusions.
When we don't recite the Buddha, we don't know if it's a delusion. Chanting Buddha is to discover delusions, just like looking in a mirror, you can't find the deficiencies on your face if you don't look in the mirror, this piece is a little darker, that part has a pimple and so on. Do you think these faults were added to you by the mirror, or did you have them?
Can you hate that mirror? But there was a king who did hate this mirror, and that was a fool. So we know that what is on the face is found because of the mirror.
It's the same with reciting the Buddha, when we recite the Buddha, we have a part of our hearts that are pure, and when we are pure, we have awareness, and when we have awareness, we discover our own delusions. When you don't have awareness, you don't know if you're delusional, and you think you're normal. That is to say, reciting the Buddha does not increase delusions.
If you don't read it, it's less"? If you don't recite the Buddha, you're all delusional. Because delusions don't find delusions, do they?
2.Increasing delusional greed is a delusion.
When we don't chant the Buddha, don't chant the sutras, and don't work hard, we are one with the delusion. When we are in the family of delusions, we don't know what delusions are, and we don't know that everything we do and think is delusions. When we are diligent, when we are chanting sutras and reciting Buddha, we find that we have a lot of delusions, and this is diligence.
When we discover our delusions, we find our mistakes, and we can get rid of them. If we don't even find out, it's impossible to get rid of delusions. So this is quite normal.
Especially when we recite sutras and Buddhas, sometimes we may have all kinds of delusions.
Why is this normal? It's like a person cleaning, there is an inch of dust in this house, and when you don't clean, the dust won't get up. But it doesn't mean that you don't have dust there, but that your dust is thick and strong, but if you don't clean it, it will accumulate more and more.
When we clean, there will be dust, and at this time there will be all kinds of delusions, which is a process of removing dust, and it is a little thing that will inevitably appear.
If we recognize it correctly, there is no problem, and there should be no illusions here.
3.What should I do if I have too many delusions about chanting Buddha and chanting.
If we can find delusions when we chant sutras, then we chant more sutras, and the more we recite them, the fewer delusions we will have. Since it can be found and can pull us out of delusions, it means that it is very effective, so we can recite more and recite harder, which is a very simple truth.

In the past, Buddhism had to abstain from gluttony, and the only way to quit it was through practicing begging or monasticism, and the environment at home was too good to quit.
-
The questions you ask are long questions, so you might as well read for yourself
You take your time and there are all the answers you want.
If you really want to study Buddhism, you must be a true student of Buddhism, not just a formality or a superficial thing, and I hope you can achieve true peace and harmony.
-
Do you mean that if you have to follow a lot of rules, you don't believe it?
Those who study Buddhism should not be so timid.
It seems that you have not really grasped the ideas of Buddhism, and you only value the utilitarian consequences the most.
Thou, do not believe, and do not absolutely disbelieve.
Study Buddhism more and read the books.
If you are really interested and deeply infected, then making up your mind will not be as procrastinated as it is now.

You should be asking the question of "Buddhism" cultivation. Tell you three words: "precept", "determination", and "wisdom".
-
The highest level of cultivation is that there are no taboos.
-
Buddhism is a religion that pursues wisdom and enlightenment.
Buddhism has theories and practice methods, and by doing so, we can prove that Buddhism pays attention to logic, and all theories can withstand dialectic.
The Outline of Buddhism is to refrain from all evil, and to practice all good, which is all Buddhism.

To be precise, Buddhism is not a religion, it is a "source education", it is "the education of the Buddha", and in general, it is "the education of the Buddha to the perfection of all beings in the other nine dharma realms". It's just that later it took the form of religion, but its essence remained the same, it was still "education".
As for the topic of how to become a devout Buddhist, it depends on fate, not on it. If you had been exposed to Buddhism in your previous life, you would have easily accepted Buddhism in this life, and you would have felt that the theories of the Outer Ways were not credible. Instead, you will believe in foreign ways, or just "science".
Birth, old age, sickness and death are common things in the "way of the world", which people have to experience, and they can be viewed with a normal heart. This is due to the karma that you cultivated in your previous life, otherwise, you might not be in the human realm in this life, but would have experienced things in other realms.
People come to this world to "receive retribution", and it is the result of what you have done in your previous life. At the same time, you are here to "do things" and "create karma", and plan for your fate in the next life. You have to make good use of this "rebirth" to serve other sentient beings.
If you can understand, you have to recite the Buddha, don't think about anything, just think about "Amitabha" in your heart, and at the end of your life, the Buddha will be guided, and your divine consciousness will never be invested in any body to "receive retribution".
-
There are leaders, doctrines, and believers, do you say it's a religion? I don't think it's okay for a devout Buddhist, if you want to do it, you have to be a pious Buddhist, first read the biography of Shakyamuni Buddha, understand the origin of the Buddha, and then open the book "Buddhism of True Faith" written by Master Shengyan, don't fall into superstition, just like someone expects what will happen on which month and day in 2012, that is all superstition, the real Buddhism will tell you, pay attention to the present thought.
-
It's religion.
1: Go to a monastery to find a Dharma teacher to take refuge in order to be considered a Buddhist practicing at home.
2: Follow. When the Hui Buddhists asked to do it, they answered that they should take the five precepts when they felt that they should take the five precepts. You have to be a qualified mage to give it to you.
3: People live for the sake of health and happiness all their lives, and of course they are still happy to strive for a meaningful life.
4: Birth, old age, sickness and death are a big problem, and I can't write them all in one book.

Buddhism is one of the three major religions in the world.
Devout Buddhists need to take refuge in the Three Jewels with good thoughts, and always be self-disciplined and self-reflective.
It is a natural law to allow birth, old age, sickness and death, and it is also a chance of fate.
People live, for what, there are many answers. And I thought that living was to experience, to witness, to taste.
-
Buddhism is the Buddha's education of the perfection and wisdom of all beings in the Nine Dharma Realms, explaining the truth of life in the universe for all sentient beings, and it is pure education, not religion.
Listen to the Master's teachings and study deeply, and you will be able to realize your life.
I wish my brother a speedy belief in cause and effect!
Amitabha.

Is Truth a Religion? If so, then all the science in the world is a religion. Buddhism speaks of reason, and it is true words. It is the Muslims who should act according to the law.
If we answer the questions of ordinary people, then isn't our learning from childhood defined as religion? Don't mess it up, or you won't get it right.
When it comes to the truth, then we should act according to the law, start from good, and always be good in body, mouth, and intention.
If you know that you will go to the heavenly realm after you die, are you happy? Is it worrying?
The wise man is liberated. There is no end for the fool.
This is the understanding of ordinary people outside the church, and of course it is possible. >>>More
People who really study Buddhism are easier to walk on the road of life, less troubles, can see openly, let go, and suffer less, and if the wisdom root is ripe, they can become a Buddha and a bodhisattva at the moment, and have the wisdom to know all the truths of the universe.
Studying Buddhism is to become a Buddha, and the benefits of becoming a Buddha are: first, to thoroughly understand the truth of life in the universe, and no longer have doubts; the second is to truly achieve immortality; The third is to be completely liberated, at ease, free from suffering forever and happy, free from the suffering of reincarnation, and possessing boundless mana to cross all sentient beings.
Good friends, learning Buddhism has nothing to do with whether you have the ability to make money. The material use of money and wealth is cultivated by oneself, and knowing that the material use of the Dharma is naturally not lacking, which requires wisdom. >>>More
This may be karma, and every morning you recite the holy name of Jizo Bodhisattva 108 times to dedicate it to your relatives and creditors who have been wronged for many lifetimes. I believe it will be fine after a while. Ask for the blessings of Avalokiteshvara and tell the Bodhisattva what you want or worry about, and I believe that there will be a feeling. Amitabha! >>>More
