Self-education is the only way for youth to socialize. From the perspective of sociology, socialization is the process in which an individual grows from a "biological person" to a "social person" and gradually adapts to social life, through which social culture can be accumulated and continued, social structure can be maintained and developed, and human personality can be formed and perfected. Education is an important environmental factor of socialization, with the aim of enabling individuals to acquire social culture and adapt to social life.

From the perspective of a person's socialization process, individuals must exert their subjective initiative in acquiring social culture, so self-education is the only way for young people to socialize, especially for college students, emphasizing the consciousness and initiative of learning, self-education is an important content.

Self-management, to put it bluntly, is self-management. Teachers are a guiding light on our way forward, and the key is to rely on ourselves to identify the direction. College students' learning, life independence, autonomy is strong, each person can be diversified according to their own situation, personalized arrangements, everyone's life has no fixed formula, there is no model that can be fully followed by the implementation, and the management model is not the same, the country has the national management model, the enterprise has the management model, the class has the class management model.

Therefore, you should also have your own management model, that is, self-management. Those students who can self-discipline and study hard are role models of self-management. And those students who are late for class, leave early, and disrupt classroom discipline are concrete manifestations of lack of self-management.

Self-service includes material services and spiritual services such as the improvement of ideological consciousness and the development of values. Material services are more mainly reflected in daily life to meet all kinds of life needs. Ideologically, it is more about the input of knowledge.

Self-education, self-management, and self-service are a kind of exercise for ourselves, and we should implement and carry them forward.

1. Self-management means that individuals actively manage themselves in accordance with a certain code of conduct. The self-management of college students can be summarized as continuous self-awareness, self-education, self-motivation, self-control, promoting self-healthy growth, becoming new people with "four haves", and preparing for socialist modernization.

2. Methods of self-management of college students.

The methods of self-management can be divided into compulsory management and relaxed management according to the degree of constraint of self-management. Too much coercion can easily make students lose interest and stifle creativity, and relaxed management can easily make students free and loose, so the two are combined.

1. Self-restraint methods.

Self-restraint includes self-restraint, which is a process of self-management, which refers to unswervingly obeying the established plan in action, overcoming bad inertia, always taking the established goal as the standard, and improving self-restraint to ensure the completion of the established plan.

2. Self-design method.

Self-design is mainly about making a plan for a self-design method, and then using it as a standard to promote self-management. In general, there are two steps.

Accurately identify the strengths and weaknesses of your own growth, and clarify your goals. This requires us to clarify the qualities of the individual, so as to grasp the direction of development in the system, and find out our own weaknesses while finding our own strengths.

Develop a plan. When the goal is established, the possible implementation of the plan should be considered, and then according to the characteristics of these programs, the best one should be selected, so that it is consistent with the goal, and then the corresponding auxiliary plan should be formulated.

3. Self-analysis method.

Self-analysis is a summary of self-management activities. First of all, the work of the previous stage of self-management should be analyzed, and the effect is better than the intended goal (i.e., benign), then it should be retained, otherwise it should be corrected, and the next time there will be a malignant deviation. Finally, in the process of correction, we should pay attention to methods and make corrections scientifically.

All in all, the number of self-management methods is large and complex, and the self-management problems of college students cannot be solved by external conditions, but more importantly, they should give full play to their subjective initiative, give full play to the role of self-management according to internal strength, self-cultivation, and promote their own growth into qualified talents.
