2.Check the magnetic roller scraper.

Take out the toner cartridge assembly and rotate the motion drum in the direction of the paper feeder. If toner adheres to the surface of the drum, it may be that the magnetic roller scraper is aging and deformed, and the amount of toner cannot be limited, and the magnetic roller scraper should be replaced.

3.The above two situations are excluded, which may be caused by the distance between the developing magnetic roller and the photoreceptor drum too close. In general printers, there should be a certain gap between the photosensitive drum and the magnetic roller to facilitate toner jumping.

Most models maintain the gap by installing an isolation sleeve at each end of the magnetic roller. The thickness of the isolation sleeve is the standard clearance. Different models, the gap is unequal, generally between millimeters.

The spacer will wear out during the printing job, making the gap smaller. Sometimes, during repairs, the isolation sleeve is lost and there is no gap.
