Articles of Association of Mining Rights Appraisers of China

China Association of Mining Rights Appraisers is an industry organization approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and established in Beijing on March 24, 2006. At present, there are 134 members of practice units, including 97 mining rights evaluation institutions and 37 reserves evaluation institutions.

The Association is a non-profit industry self-regulatory organization voluntarily composed of mining rights appraisers, mining rights appraisal institutions and related mineral reserve evaluation, mine geological surveying, mineral resources development and utilization consulting institutions or personnel, and accepts the guidance and supervision of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the registration management authority, and the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

The association will strive to build itself into an industry self-regulatory organization that is deeply respected by the society and its members, has industry authority, enjoys prestige and credibility.

Formulate and organize the implementation of the evaluation of industry development goals and development plans; Guide and supervise the members of the association to carry out business activities such as prospecting right evaluation and mining right evaluation, mineral reserve evaluation, mine geological survey, mining right transaction consulting, mineral resource development and utilization consulting at home and abroad; According to the authorization, organize and implement the professional qualification examination and assessment of appraisers, carry out the registration and annual inspection of appraisers and appraisal institutions, and carry out business training and exchanges for appraisers and practitioners; Formulate the self-discipline management norms of the assessment industry, carry out industry self-discipline supervision and inspection, and punish members for violating the industry self-discipline norms; Accept mediation and arbitration of relevant assessment disputes to maintain fair competition; Publicize the policies and regulations of the first class, and reflect the opinions and requirements of members; Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members; According to the entrustment or authorization of the professional supervisory unit, assist the professional supervisory unit in the management of the appraisal industry and the qualification management of the appraisal agency; Strengthen the management of members, and urge members to practice independently, objectively, honestly, and honestly; Carry out research on relevant evaluation theories, methods and policies; develop relevant assessment guidelines, rules, standards or norms; Organize the compilation and publication of relevant evaluation books, periodicals and other materials, and carry out evaluation publicity; Carry out industry statistics, collect and study relevant evaluation information and data, establish an evaluation parameter index system and release mechanism, and provide information services for members; Carry out international exchanges on relevant appraisal business; lead the work of various special committees and professional committees; Actively participate in and promote the joint meeting system of appraisal industry associations, and be responsible for communication and cooperation with other appraisal associations; Other matters assigned by the competent departments and the registration and management organs of associations.
