1 Trust Back Fall (Trust and Responsibility).
Students complete the prescribed actions independently in turn. The trainee who did the movement climbed onto the back smash platform, faced the trainer, and fell straight down. Other students will be picked up below.
Almost every outdoor training group can participate in this program. It may seem scary on the surface, but it's actually quite safe if the players are in a good position.
2 Thunderstorm (Innovation and Experimentation).
In the face of a huge and dangerous minefield, all the team members are ignorant of everything, so how will the team pass through the minefield in front of them and sprint to the end of victory within the specified time?
3 Blind people touch numbers (how to communicate when conditions are limited).
All the team members played the role of mute and blind, and the numbers issued by the trainee coach were arranged in order under the condition of silence and vision.
4 Challenge 150 (Team Cohesion and Centripetal Force Training).
o Complete five seemingly impossible events in 150 seconds, including the Forest, Energy Transfer, Drumming, Bouncy Catch, and Team Voice.
This is a competition in which all squads participate, 5 power grids (rational allocation of resources).
According to the different posture characteristics of the students, all the students will arrange to pass through the simulated electrified network.
6 Phalanx of the Blind (Teamwork, Collective Intelligence, Leadership).
All the team members wear blindfolds and use ropes to make a square (all the people are relatively evenly distributed on each side of the square) within the specified time
7. Tower building (planning and implementation of the program).
Without making any sound, all the members built a tower on the ground with only newspaper and transparent tape in 15 minutes, and the higher the requirements, the better.
8 Silo Survival (information communication, resources, team of various departments).
After the "shipwreck", the crew with different resources drifted to three small islands isolated from each other to complete the escape mission.
9. Rise and fall together (leader, execution).
All the players sat down arm in arm, and then at the command of the coach, all the players stood up.
10 Thorn demining (rational allocation of resources, individuals and teams).
All team members have to pass through a minefield with a diameter of about 5 meters, and there is a mine (bottle of water) in the minefield, and the mine needs to be safely removed from the minefield.
11 Crossing the swamp (aka canned shoes, tacit division of labor and collaboration).
With the help of 3 barrels and 2 wooden planks (30 cm long, 30 cm wide and 5 cm thick), the whole team completed a distance of 20 meters in 40 minutes, under the premise that neither man nor the board could touch the ground.
12 Trust and sit (trust in the individual).
All the trainees sit in a circle and sit on the lap of the trainee behind them at the same time.
13 Shipwreck Escape (Don't Give Up, Don't Abandon).
All the team members climbed over a smooth wall 4 meters high without the help of any tools within the specified time.
14 Looking to the future (sharing).

1. Strong winds. Everyone sits in a circle, and there is one person standing in the middle, this person says "the wind blows", and everyone asks "what is blown is the head", this person blows something, and the person who satisfies the thing must hand over the head and change the position, and cannot exchange places with the people on both sides, and the person who does not grab the position stands in the middle and continues to speak.
2. Elephants, tigers and mice. The relationship between these three animals is eating and being eaten: an elephant eats a tiger, a tiger eats a mouse, and a mouse eats an elephant. The two teams each produce an animal, and if it constitutes a relationship of being eaten, the team that is eaten loses.
3. Report the number. Everyone sits in a circle, all facing outwards and staring with their backs to inwards, and within the specified time, they report the number from 1 to 30 in turn, and the adjacent people are not allowed to report the adjacent number, nor are two people allowed to report the same number, and the silence time is not.
If a person is very non-talkative and he does not like to go outdoors to do sports, it is likely that his cerebellum is not developing properly.
