In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was proposed to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, which should start from vocational education, mainly at two levels: schools and society.

First of all, the school level should first change the mindset of students. In today's society, the phenomenon of impatience for quick success and impetuousness more or less exists, and the concept of taking shortcuts to become talents also affects students' peace of mind to study and study business. Therefore, in education and teaching, we should pay attention to changing students' concepts and make students realize the importance of craftsman spirit to their growth and success.

Second, it is necessary to strengthen the building of teachers' ethics and style. In order to make students have the spirit of craftsmen, teachers must first have the spirit of craftsmen, and through a serious work attitude and the spirit of excellence, they should influence and drive the change of our students' ideological concepts.

The third is to integrate the content of craftsman spirit education into public courses, professional courses and campus culture. First of all, in the public course, it is necessary to reform the curriculum model, focus on cultivating students' ability to think independently, and enhance their self-confidence and sense of responsibility, which is also required by the spirit of craftsmanship. In the professional course, it is necessary to focus on improving the cultivation of students' professional skills and the cultivation of the spirit of pursuit of exquisite skills, and carry out some courses to set up assessment points for the spirit of craftsmanship to assess the spirit of craftsmen of students, and also allow students to walk into our school-enterprise cooperation enterprises to feel the corporate culture on the spot, as well as the persistent pursuit of work and posts by enterprise workers.

In the campus culture, we can create an atmosphere that advocates the glory of labor and the preciousness of skills, so that students can accumulate the spirit of craftsmanship in their ears and eyes.

Creating an "upgraded version of vocational education" has increasingly become a social consensus, and it is also an inherent demand in the face of fierce international talent competition, economic transformation and upgrading, and the development of enterprises themselves. This is also what other countries are doing. Last year, for example, Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, and Culture decided to close liberal arts majors in some colleges and universities to focus on cultivating practical talents, which is a reflection of this trend.

In 2014, China put forward the "Plan for the Construction of Modern Vocational Education System (2014-2020)", precisely to establish a consolidated and sustainable talent and technological competitive advantage in the new round of international competition. In order to connect with the national strategy of "Made in China 2025" and adapt to the talent demand generated by "machine substitution", various localities have begun to deploy rapidly. For example, Zhejiang Shaoxing Vocational and Technical School launched the industrial robot technology major, and Shenyang Sino-German SIASUN Vocational Education Group acquired the century-old German Tautlof Vocational Training College, etc.

Top-level design, school-enterprise cooperation, and integration of industry and education, when the key links of vocational education are interlocked, the way of high-quality technical talent delivery will be smoother.

High-quality vocational education is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The general secretary once pointed out that it is necessary to attach great importance to and speed up the development of vocational education, and strive to train hundreds of millions of high-quality laborers and technical personnel. It is believed that with the in-depth promotion of the construction of China's modern vocational education system, the "wild lily" of vocational education will definitely bloom all over the wilderness, so that more "great country craftsmen" will build a foundation for a higher and stronger "Made in China".
