Speech by the Secretary of the General Assembly of the Student Union

It is an honour to stand here today and speak on behalf of the new officers of the Student Council. In this mature season, I am fortunate to be able to join such an excellent team and happy family as the student union. First of all, on behalf of all the new members of the Student Union, please allow me to thank the leaders, the Presidium of the Student Union and the ministers of the Department for giving us such an opportunity to explore our potential, which is a kind of cultivation and recognition of our seniors and seniors.

It is they who have given us such a platform, a soil that allows us to progress and break through. So we can't let them down, and we can't lose confidence and courage in ourselves. I remember when I first came to the student union, I had hope and confusion, and I felt that in such a gathering place of outstanding talents, would I be able to integrate into this big family?

Will I be able to accomplish what I was aiming for? What will you learn here? However, in this short period of work, I have quickly dispelled my original doubts.

There are kind seniors and enthusiastic colleagues here, and because of this, in this autumn of Spring City, I feel the warm sunshine given by this city, this school, and the student union. We need the Student Council because she is a good teacher for us to grow up and show our stage. The Student Union also needs us, we are the new force, the fresh blood, the backbone of the future.

I am honored to be part of such a great organization. Hundreds of boats are competing for the current.

Go hand in hand. Since we have shouldered the responsibility of the work of the Student Council, we must do our best to complete the tasks given to us by the school and live up to the ardent expectations and teachings of the school, teachers and seniors. But after all, we have just entered the student union, everything is difficult at the beginning, how can we be novices to do our jobs well?

I have my own opinions: 1. Obey the leadership of the presidium of the student union and the ministers, conscientiously do their own work, and strictly abide by the constitution of the student union; 2. Close contact between various departments and try to improve the work; 3. Strengthen the contact with the students in the department and make up for the shortcomings in the work in a timely manner; 4. Learn from ministers and vice ministers with an open mind, and constantly enrich and improve themselves; 5. Do your best to complete the tasks assigned by the relevant departments; The seniors have been through ups and downs in the past years, and those busy and fulfilling days seem to be still showing in front of their eyes, accompanied not only by the laughter of success at the time of harvest, but also by the tears of setbacks in the process, and so much friendship and happiness have been gained in the process of moving forward. And now, we are ready to face difficulties, because we will not be alone on the way forward.
