Second: technical conditions.

1. The technical person in charge of the enterprise has no less than 6 years of experience in building intelligent engineering, and presided over the completion of no less than 1 building intelligent project with a single contract amount of not less than 5 million yuan, and has the professional qualification of registered electrical engineer or intermediate and above engineering professional and technical titles;

2. The enterprise has no less than 10 professional and technical personnel with intermediate or above engineering titles engaged in building intelligent engineering, including no less than 1 automation, communication information, and computer professionals, no less than 2 registered electrical engineers, and no less than 2 registered constructors of the second level and above;

3. The professional and technical personnel of the enterprise have completed no less than 2 intelligent building projects.

Third: technical equipment and management level.

1. Have the necessary technical equipment and a fixed workplace;

2. It has a perfect quality management system and runs well. It has management systems for technology, safety, operation, personnel, finance, and archives.

The registered capital of industry and commerce shall not be less than 3 million yuan.

Level 2 Qualification Standards:

1. Enterprise assets.

Net assets of more than 8 million yuan.

2. The main personnel of the enterprise.

1) There are no less than 4 registered constructors majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering, communication and radio and television engineering, including no less than 2 first-class registered constructors.

2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior professional title in electronic and intelligent engineering or a first-class registered construction engineer in mechanical and electrical engineering (or communication and radio and television engineering); There are no less than 5 personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in electronic and intelligent engineering related majors, and the majors are complete.

3) There are no less than 15 construction site management personnel with post certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety officers, cost personnel, material personnel, data personnel and other personnel are complete.

4) There are no less than 10 skilled workers above the intermediate level who have passed the assessment or training.

5) The technical person in charge (or registered constructor) has presided over the completion of no less than 2 projects required by the first-level standard of this category of qualifications.

One-person enterprises are more than 5w, and ****10w or more.
